I like but it doesn't have a backlit keyboard. Doesn't have a cover for camera.

Overall I really like this computer and find it very sleek. Only minor complaint is that the battery life is a little inconsistent. Sometimes I have to plug in after only an hour, and sometimes it runs a good three hours. Either way, I'm almost always near an outlet and it gets the job done for basic web browsing and movie streaming.

I think they should advertise more clearly that this is NOT a 2 in 1, even though it is a touch screen. Also, the hp pen does not work with it, so it kind of defeated the purpose of having a touch screen for me. Otherwise it was great, just not specifically what I needed.

We bought this as a tool to access news and social media. It works well for the use we have intended. The only issue has been charging. Seems it does not hold a charge as well as the previous laptop we had, which was the same HP product

the screen cracked. no longer under warranty. no extra coverage. is it worth bringing in to fix? it is cracked on the inside. the outer screen layer is still perfect.

The laptop is working properly and has been a big help with editing my videos, watching videos on YouTube, and even doing homework.

Works as you would expect. The built in mouse pad isn’t over sensitive, and the touchscreen is great. Computer speed is good even with several programs running in the background. Overall very pleased with this computer and would recommend to others.

Very good product for the price. Bigger than my original Pavillion and lower in price.

I purchased this computer more than once. I wanted it because of the color. This was my second choice among the HP pavilion 14 on the website.

Second HP laptop for my husband. I’ve had many. Easy to use and understand for non-techies. I got the touchscreen to see if it would make it easier for us.

quick boot up and speedy refresh rate. I haven't had a chance to test out the battery life but hope it as good as the areas I have tested.

I’ve had many computers through the years but this one is hands down my favorite! It’s fast, smooth, the keys feel great. The touch screen is very responsive. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

I love my new computer, however I need to go see the Geek Squad to have them help me with some things I am not familiar with on this computer. Glad I bought the Geek Squad protection plan.
