OK so far
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've only had this laptop for a few months, but it's OK so far. My only issues, involve start-up, battery, and the touchpad. I didn't realize when I bought it that it does not have a removable battery. I worry about losing the option of replacing the battery when it no longer takes a charge. The gentleman at Best Buy told me to use it without the cord until I get to about 10% charge, then plug it in, and make sure to completely turn it off when it's not being used. For some reason, it takes much longer than my previous laptop to be ready to use after being turned completely off. It's frustrating when I just want to turn it on to do a quick check of something. The other issue I've encountered is related to the touch pad. Sometimes the responsiveness is unpredictable, and I've even had to completely shut the laptop down to get the touchpad to work. Although this last issue has nothing to do with the laptop, I really don't like Windows 10. I don't think it is user friendly at all

Great computer for price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The computer works well. It's light weight and does what I need it to do. I like the fact that the backlight on the keys turns on once I begin typing instead of being on constantly, draining the battery.

hp discontinued

Not worth it
