This may be a nice laptop, hard for me to say as Win 10 kept crashing every 10 minutes or so. The unit itself had great color and sound. I did a lot of researching to come up with this brand and model and that excitement all came crashing down with the 1st of many blue screens of death. I have Win 10 on my PC and it works great. the left and right click take some getting used to as they are built into the bottom of the finger pad. I'm a Lenovo user so it felt very fragile to me but then I'm used to a Lenovo which is like a laptop tank. Geek Squad was a joke as to help me find a solution they wanted to charge me. Not hardly, I haven't even had it 4 hours. Best Buys help line was no help as it tells you to call or bring it in for Geek Squad to fix or resolve the issue. So it's going back to BestBuy, I really haven't a clue if I'm going to give this model another try, look at others, or go back to Lenovo which has never given me any problems. The one star rating is entirely based on Windows 10 kept crashing.. bad installation or a laptop problem / conflict? My crash stop codes were Stop Code: Page fault in nonpage area Stop Code: Kmode exception not handled

I bought the HP Pavilion 15t Touchscreen Laptop - i7 - 1080p in Nov. 2016 and have had to send it back to HP for repairs twice for them to replace the mother board. 1st time it would not power up, 2nd time the USB ports did not work. Given they are back ordered on mother board parts, this must be fairly common. I recommend buying some other brand.

I had done a lot of research prior to purchasing this computer. It has all the features that I was looking forward to. Unfortunately, after setting it up I got about 20 different error messages in a three-day span and the computer kept rebooting.I called HP support and support tech said I should not have this many issues with the new laptop and recommended that I exchan it. I did not want to take a chance getting another "lemon".
