This PC is still very new to me. Have been using it about 3 weeks. I am learning most things by trial and error.

Good small all-in-one computer. Just remember to add in the cost of a wireless keyboard and mouse!

First thing outbid the box the Wifi did not connect my router was next to it and nothing. After hours of trying I got it to work but had low connectivity. I had to connect directly to Ethernet. After a week touch screen software went all crasy didn't work had to use a mouse. Called HP they help fix the bug. So far it's been great no issues other than I can't use the wifi feature.

My wife loves this computer. It was an open box so we have to print out a manual for it. If I could change anything on it it would be the sensitivity if the touch screen. I hope when we get thew manual, it will tell us how to adjust it

My Smart Touch is everything I thought it would be. I love that it doesn't take up as much space as my traditional PC.

I wish I had gotten a laptop or tablet. Too much computer for someone who doesn't use a computer often. Plus I really have no idea how to use it. While trying to do this review the screen froze.

The PC seemed somewhat slow processing video it would continually buffer. Also, I was not a fan of Windows 8.

The monitor on this computer is its best feature. The computer itself is not fast.

This computer was reasonably priced and to top it off it is touchscreen! It is my first touchscreen computer and I absolutely love it. Not to mention HP always has good quality products. Only has two usb ports but that was resolved by purchase multi ports which you can plug into to add additional capabilities.

I can't tell you that I started off with a fresh new PC like most do. I have connected my external hard drive to it from the start up and it's a continued version of my laptop ... everything is the same, all the files are there....Pretty nice for me. One thing I did notice right off is the picture on the monitor is vivid and the color is saturated a lot better then my laptop has. Not really crazy about the touch screen, leaves finger prints and smudges all over, but it's there if I need it. ( I like using the cordless mouse) HP stands by their products, from my past history. On PC's, you get pretty much what you pay for. This Computer has a 21.5 Real glass screen and to me that is huge.... almost like sitting in the front seat of a movie show. Impressive ! This model has all the ports, card readers, and DVD, CD players that I would ever need. Thanks Best Buy for having it in stock, I picked it up the very next day.

After 8 days the computer stopped working after spending 3 hours on the phone with HP they offered to send me a replace hard drive Hp said it would be there the following week in which it never showed up even with a ticket number each time I called I had to start from fresh I called 9 more times after the 1st week no one could trace the part every person at HP said it would be there the next day after 20 days I was angry ! now ive spent about 10 hours on the phone to find out all the time it was on back order when I finally did get it I had to spend another 3 hours installing disc after I replaced the hard drive , I should of took it back to the store instead of going almost a month without the computer .
