It only stays in a fixed position so we have to place a telephone book underneath the monitor so that we can see and use it without breaking our necks. This is not beneficial to the average consumer.

You have to buy separate speakers. Wish I had known that before I ordered it online. I would still recommend it but make sure you plan to get your own speaker.
