Really nice computer

I was transferring my backup from Carbonite which ca not fo from windows to iOS. Did not know this before purchase so I really made the right choice. Cost less than the same model with slower processor at Costco and with discount for opening credi card and points toward eventual office 365 purchase it was a good deal. I had another download of office 10 on my old license,so I was good to go.

nice computer but some issues with Windows 10
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded to Windows 10 & have problems with Chrome. I'm using Firefox & Edge instead. Had to replace my old Brother MFC8500 because it doesn't (& will never) work with Windows 8 or 10. The process of learning that was excruciating. But the computer is nice...just the customer service for everyone (HP, Brother, Windows & Best Buy) is atrocious.
