    Unfortunately, the power cord was missing and I had to rob one from my old computer. I plan to return to the store and ask for my cord, but have a job and haven't had time yet. Carolyn Weaver

    It's okay. My daughter is using it for her online class. After 3 months using it the camera stopped working. But other than that I have no more issue with it.

    I have lost so much data and files I will never be able to recoup the loss. The computer saves everything to Dropbox even when you try to save it on the desktop it's still saving it to Dropbox. When I got the email from Dropbox that I was nearing the storage limit, I went in and deleted things I didn't need to save on there. Then I looked at my desktop and EVERYTHING was gone. I was able to salvage some of the files but for some reason everything I saved within the last 2 years is just not there. I am so frustrated. I wish I had never bought this machine. I use it for work and it has cost me incalculable damage. Do NOT buy this machine
