I didn’t know it was missing the USB!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It did not show anything in the website when I purchased it, now I’m left with buying a new keyboard and mouse separately, not a bad deal though, a $1430 HP all in one for $1074, spent and extra $40 to get a new keyboard and mouse, it’s fine, I’m keeping it.

Greta computer, kinda slow on app load up
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haven’t used it much since we bought it, mostly got it to store pictures from trips and organize them for albums, but it does run slow, long before we uploaded anything to it. Other than that, it’s a great computer

Nice unit but a lot of trouble with Microsoft
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed to call the Geek squad number repeatedly for help with Microsoft Office bugs and other problems syncing info to this computer. Also needing to acclimate to Windows 10 from an older version.Acclimating to this new unit is a work in progress.

HP Disappointing
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Motherboard failure after minimal hours of usage. Geeksquad ordered parts from China without delivery success. Computer cost reimbursement but new price increased. Overall pretty disappointing to loose my computer to a failed motherboard, without a pc to complete at-home work for two months and then to add insult, pay nearly two hundred dollars more to replace. Lost time, work, earnings & cash due to a poorly constructed motherboard.

Brand new and microphone hardware faulty
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall Fair seems a bit low but when we purchased it started almost immediately having microphone issues. One of our primary uses is Zoom meetings. Had to send it back one month into having it. Took a week came back and now same problem re-emerging. Key board is flimsy as is mouse. used others instead.

Fast and Feature Rich All-in-One
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP All-in-One 27-xa0014 came shipped in a sturdy carton and survived a coast-to-coast trip unscathed; and it took no more than 10 minutes to get the PC and accessories out of the boxes, plugged in and set up. The unit is powered by an AC adapter, like a laptop. The wireless keyboard is compact and quite heavy, not likely to be sent flying with an accidental bump. The usual on-screen touch keyboard is also available. The wireless mouse works off the same USB dongle, and both were working in just a few seconds. The birth-moment setup routine with Windows and HP was painless and fairly quick (of course it wants your available Wifi right off the bat to do the registration and updates.) A very nice sharp image for a touch-screen. Lots of available tweaks for those of us that don’t want the generic settings. You can enable streaming HDR video, change the resolution (1920 by 1080 is default and looks great.) The HD Display app allows all kinds of customization like scheduling settings changes to low blue light. This machine seems tailor-made for my bedroom, and may replace my TV since it has an HDMI input. Even the app to watch content through my dish TV via wifi produced a good quality video image. I beam my audio subscription content to a Bluetooth stereo connection to my main sound system, and it sounds great. Processor speed--wow, I have a 2018 Dell desktop with an I7 processor and 4GB more memory that the 27-xa0014, but this baby seems faster. It may be that it isn’t burdened with the things running in the background that accumulate on any desktop with time. The All-in-one is fast. The unit came with an earbud wired headset from B&O. (Bang and Olufsen audio). I don’t think the cable is long enough to get far enough away from the screen so it seems silly. The B&O trademark is “engraved” in the speaker section below the screen, but I have to say the audio quality of the self-contained speakers in this thing doesn’t seem to match the price tag or reach the level of the rest of the product. I have a big flat-screen TV that is nowhere as thick as this unit is (about 3 inches ) yet it produces much deeper bass and much more defined clean sound than the 27-xz0014. This is more like the sound of a TV from the pre-HD audio age. But when I patch the audio over to a Bluetooth stereo, voila, I hear clear HD sound that matches the beauty of what’s on the screen. No optical drive exists here. The available USB ports on the rear bottom are rather close together, so it’s a tight squeeze connecting a thumb drive but still pretty easy. If you have the ability to connect a better audio playing device, this machine is very nice and would make a good multi-media component to a bedroom, office or kitchen.

Great All in one!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always been leary of all in one computers. I never owned a TV with a built in DVD player for the same reason. If one component breaks, like the monitor or the cpu, then you're out a whole set up rather than 1 component. When this became available to review, I decided to give it a try! Quite honestly, I love it! With a wireless keyboard and mouse there are no wires at all to speak of except power! I set this computer up at a smaller table in my living room and I run the keyboard and mouse on my lap. The keyboard and mouse very much resemble apple products. I prefer more than 2 buttons on my mouse and an ergo keyboard. These are more stylish. I have this set up for my business and I handle my listings as well as my label printing from this device. It's blazing fast and the display is fantastic! I don't sit close enough to it to use the touch display so much but when I did use it, it was very responsive and accurate. Sound quality is good though it is a little quieter than I expected. The storage is a bit small by today's standards. At some point, I'll have to plug in an external because I use a lot of photos for my business. Speaking of plugging in external devices, all the ports are in the back. It would have been nice to have one or two on the sides but it's not an insurmountable problem. Another port on the back is HDMI so it can be used for a game console as well! That's a cool feature! I also like that the camera can be down when not using, then manually pop up for use. Did I forget to mention that this all in one is beautiful? It's just nice to look at! I sounded a bit negative, but the negative items I listed aren't a total drawback. It's really fast and I've had no issues at all with it. I'm so happy to have this AIO and I would absolutely recommend it! I would give it more stars if I could.

Very Solid All in one PC
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am loving this PC. The huge 27in touch screen is awesome. And it boots up super fast. I love solid state drive kinda small at 256gb but adequate for now. I didn't care for the placement of ports but no biggie. Not a deal breaker. The mouse and keyboard round out the system looks very cool on the desk. Like a high tech piece of art. It fully loaded with plenty of ram at 12gb. And the 8 Intel® Core i7-8700T processor is a dynamo. You will love this one!!!!

8 days and dead
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought this computer to my office and paid $477 to my IT company to load all the professional software, security, and connections necessary to use in my business. EIGHT days later the screen stopped working. No replacement. Called HP. No help. We've been waiting for TWO weeks for a return call. No luck there.

Poor Audio
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its a good computer but Im not happy with its bang & olufsen audio. Not enough volume when it comes to zoom meetings even at the highest volume. Had to purchase a new dell laptop. Dont buy hp if you are looking to webinars over zoom meetings during the pandemic. go for dell.

Favorite Best Buy purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I LOVE this computer. I've had this for 5 years. By far my favorite purchase from Best Buy. Nothing has ever went wrong with it. It's never frozen. Display is huge, light weight. I have had to move it a few times and its just so durable. Love the feel of the mouse and keyboard. I use it for grafic design and the images are clear and sharp. The touch screen comes in handy. When i need more computers they will be this computer
