Great versatile all-in-one PC
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This review is specific to the HP - Pavilion 27" Touch-Screen All-In-One PC with the Intel Core i7 processor, 12GB Memory, and 256GB Solid State Drive. The setup process was straightforward and simple as you just have to follow the prompts which guide you through the setup process. The 27” full HD touch-screen is a great size and works very well. I don’t have any complaints regarding the visual quality or touch-screen response and I especially love the fact that it has both HDMI input and HDMI output ports allowing you to either add an external monitor or add another HDMI device such as a gaming console. Considering this PC does not include any sort of DVD/CD drive, this is a way you can still use this monitor to watch movies from physical discs. The 256GB solid state drive obviously does not have much capacity but it performs very well and additional storage can easily be added by using external drives in combination with the various USB ports available (both USB 3.0 and type-C), if needed. The built-in WiFi wireless connectivity is an awesome addition and works very well but it should be noted that a gigabit ethernet LAN port is also available for wired networks. This really comes in handy if you have the ability to run a network cable directly to wherever you plan on setting up this system and it is great having both options available. The built-in speakers work very well and I have no complaints regarding the sound quality they produce. The built-in webcam performs admirably but what I like most about it is the fact that the camera itself can be pushed in and hidden, preventing it from seeing and sharing anything that isn’t supposed to be seen or shared. This is a great feature given the privacy concerns many people justifiably have given just how connected all of our devices are nowadays. Overall, this is a great all-in-one PC that has so many potential uses and I highly recommend it!

New technology with a powerful processor
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-xa0014 is impressive right out of the box. There is no bulky tower to connect to the screen. All hardware is within the rear lower portion of the screen. It comes with voice assistance through Cortana which automatically begins the process of setup. I can ask Cortana for help with anything, instead of typing a question. The hard drive only leaves about 202GB after being fully up and running. Processing time of commands is instantaneously quick as pressing the enter key. The screen is big enough to watch TV on and the compression of the pixels gives a rich color and a detailed picture. The camera takes crystal clear pictures and synchronized videos. A major complaint is that the volume is extremely low even at 100% on made videos and web videos. The screen is as versatile as an android tablet or an old fashioned desktop screen. I am able to use my keyboard and mouse to type and maneuver on the huge screen, but I can also type with a screen keyboard and use my finger or pointer to navigate throughout the screen. I added my printer simply by connecting it to the HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-xa0014 with a USB printer cable. The HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-xa0014 automatically started searching for and downloading the necessary drivers. After successfully installing my printer, I disconnected it from the USB printer cable and then was able to print through my Wi-Fi. I could not find the specific owner’s manual for the HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-xa0014 with searching the HP support page. I only was able to find a generic manual that gave no specifics on operating the HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-xa0014. The short time that I have had this dynamic computer system, I have become impressed with its functionality and new technology.

Very Cool and Well Worth its Asking
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simply put, it's a great set-up. Literally, unwrap, plug in the only cord, connect the mouse and keyboard and you're done. The screen gets nice and bright, could use a little more pixels for a richer experience. The Bang & Olufsen 3D speakers look and sound great. Can perform all normal day to day task with ease, just don't expect to game on it. It doesn't have the graphics card to support it. Has all the ports of a modern computer. Ethernet, (2) HDMI, (3) USB, (2) USB-C, Full-size SD Card reader, and Headphone Jack. My only negatives about this setup would be as mentioned earlier the pixel density of the display. The Keyboard is a little too small, I may replace with a mechanical for the feedback. The Windows 10 version doesn't support Remote Desktop to retrieve files from the PC to my phone while away. Other than that I would recommend this and the price tag of $1,300. Its simplicity of the All-in-One setup is very convenient and its processing capabilities are top notch.

Impressive Computer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used many HP computers throughout the years at work and at home. I wanted to move away from my clunky desktop computer but still needed the power of desktop. The HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-xa0014 fits the bill. It combines impressive performance along with stylish design. The 27" screen is incredibly sharp. It took me some time to get used to the touchscreen on such a large screen. I'm comfortable with using it on a laptop or a previous HP version where the laptop turned into a tablet. Once I started using the touchscreen for certain functions, it became second-nature to me. It's the performance stats that is the most impressive thing about this computer. The Intel i7 processor is lighting-fast. I like to keep multiple programs open at the same time and I never feel like the computer is working hard. It looks great on my desk and it's wonderful that I don't have that large desktop box under my desk any longer. I don't know why I waited so long to get a device like this. Without a doubt, this HP all-in-one is impressive and will be on my desk for many years to come.

HP All One
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched from a Mac to HP—-I don’t recommend an All One, I have had it for a little over three years and the camera no longer works. I also had to have it serviced , was told the all ones are difficult to repair. HP customer service does not respond.

Not as good as other All in One
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pro: All in one. Easy to use and complete. Con: They got stingy on the extra ram slot. Should be 16GB. You will need to upgrade your memory to reach 16GB for your applications. Too much screen Glare renders this computer useless in a bright living room. It's useless. Have to pull the shades. The drive is slow for an m drive. I wouldn't buy this. There is another all in one model that is better.

see details below
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an expensive HP ENVY all-in-one, like this one, only with an i-5 processor and 23" touch screen. I liked them machine when it worked. BUT, HP changed that. Their pre-loaded "HP support assistant" said the machine needed a BIOS update, which showed up on their program. That BIOS update was downloaded and the machine shut off and on like it should, and the the machine was totally inoperable since that immediate point in time. I called HP technical support, who offered no assistance other than "go to hp.com and buy another one that suits your needs", or "take it to a local repair shop and see what they can do". Other calls yielded the same results. It was their HP update for my machine, and they destroyed my machine and did not accept any responsibility for it. I will never buy, nor recommend, another HP product as long as I live, and they have had ALL my computer business since Windows 98 second edition came out about 20 years ago.

Brand new, broken power supply
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Brand new out of the box, the power supply is broken. I have to use a power supply from another HP product. Called and was told to bring the entire computer back ??! For a broken power supply? This is crazy.

screen flashes black screen every few minutes
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within 10 minutes of powering this PC on I had already encountered an issue. While in use, the screen would go black and then return to the screen you were on. This occurred ever few minutes. I ended up returning this PC and got a Dell instead.

No storage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im returning this product, there is no hard drive and for the price of 1200 this should not be an issue and should be included. Unable to load programs needed such as office, etc!
