This computer was purchased for my wife, her old computer had trouble upgrading to Windows 10. I thought it was better to put money toward a new computer rather than repairing the old one.

Works well, love Windows 10

Reviewed products and decided this model was the best fit for me. I set it up and had limited problems. The one problem I had was I did not choose to set up a Microsoft email acct. and needed Geek Squad assistance with getting my web mail set up and they resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.
