I really like the computer has great memory very fast and was very simple to hook up and begin going right into the Internet and other things still getting used to Windows 10

I recently replaced my desktop with this brand new HP Pavilion Desktop and I couldn't be happier. I have plenty of room to store my photos and documents and the latest Windows programs. I can't believe I struggled with the old computer for so long- this is such a great upgrade for me and excellent value for the money.

This computer can handle both professional usage (teaching an online class) and everything we need for home usage. Big HDD, 8 GB memory gt the job done. Wish a Windows 7 option had been available, but once you get used to Win10, not bad at all.

My six year old HP was needing replacing so I chose this model. It was already loaded with Windows 10 which was good since we are on a hotspot out here in the country. I didn't think it was as hard to get used to but I wish there was a booklet to go with the computer. When you are 60 you don't like looking online to find out where stuff is located. Because we are on a hotspot and have limited internet I probably wont use Cortana but it looks really good. IT was a cheap computer with a lot of room for pics which is what I needed. The only think I wish I would have done is had best buy load the webroot. I don't like mcafee and don't like taking it off and having to do the webroot. I wish they let you choose what virus program to use when you buy it.. GOod buy for the money...

Easy to set up and run, Needed a new computer as my old one (also from Best Buy) ran Vista Home Premium. Microsoft will no longer support Vista so a Windows 10 unit became necessary. Lots of memory. Enough speed for me. More than a sufficient number of inputs. Very good value for the money.

It's a great computer with windows 10 but windows 10 could use added features like Windows media player. The computer itself is a good running computer with tons of storage which works great for our use. I would recommend this computer if you are looking for a great home office computer.

For what we needed, this fit most of the parameters. I use Chrome and Google Docs for just about everything, but needed an inexpensive and decently spec'd Windows machine to take care of the things my Chromebook can't quite do yet (importing music from multiple sources, podcasting hardware, etc). This one was easy to set up, works quickly, and does what we need it to. Nothing special, but a good, utilitarian Windows PC.

This replaced a 9 year old computer and the speed is much better. I like HP products, so did not look at other brands. I wanted the middle of the line, so this "fit the bill". The price was in the range I wanted to spend - and I'm hoping to get 10 years or more out of this.

Great computer, fast, plenty of storage, user friendly

I use this unit at home and also for a volunteer position I am in. Good speed and I plan on expanding it with 2 more hard drives.

I bought this because I thought it was a good computer at a good price. Or a stepup from my DELL OPTIPLEX 320 with windows vista office. I got it home and I opened the box and the back looked nothing like the pic on best buy website. It had no HDMI output or no power source like what was shown in the website picture. It had only 1 fan in the back and a power cord like none I haver seen on a pc. I really needed the HDMI connection. It has remained in the box since my initial opening and I plan on returning it and getting the $499 LENOVO instead

My husband and I had a desktop that was still running Windows Vista, so getting a new computer was necessary. We got this on sale. The options are many. The aesthetic is pleasing. The memory is more than adequate. The speed is faster than we've had in years. All in all we are very satisfied.

We needed a good basic computer for the kids to do schoolwork on, and for basic web surfing capabilities. This computer was just what we needed for the price. So far it's been a great purchase. We don't use this computer for gaming, other than for very basic games. We play games either on our PS4 or on a laptop that has better specs than this desktop. If you're just looking for a good computer to do typical day to day tasks, this is an excellent choice. If you want to do some gaming without a need for a heavy duty graphics processor, this is also a pretty good choice. If you need high performance gaming, this machine isn't going to do it for you.

This is just a starter computer, so you can't expect outrageous awesomeness. I just wanted something that had a reasonable price but that was fast enough and had enough room for some gaming. This computer does the job

I bought this computer waiting on the Windows 10 to come out. I didn't want to buy a new computer and then have to go through the hassle of installing a new operating system on it. After having the computer for a little over a week the screen went black. It went black on my laptop 2 days before the desktop. So I knew that the problem was not with the computer but with Windows 10. I went to Youtube and looked on the desktop to find out how to fix the laptop and vice-versa. In less than a minute I was back and operational. So if I had to buy the computer again I would in a heartbeat.

Lots of memory. Faster processor than what I did have. Streaming much better. Also.. was able to transfer info from old computer to this one fairly easily.

This HP replaced our outdated HP and we didn't know how slow it was until we started using this one. Quicker processor and video is so much clearer and the large storage is perfect for the numerous videos and pictures we've created over the years.

I bought this to replace my old office desktop and it is working great so far. It would be nice if it came with Microsoft office, or at least offer a discount for Microsoft office. The best thing about this pc is how quiet it is. My old pc was very noisy. The fan would run constantly and after awhile that became very annoying. I give this pc an A plus. It's very easy to set up, basic plug and play.
