    The Best Buy Employee was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. He steered me in the right direction and went he extra mile. It was easy to set up myself and is working great! I like how lightweight it is as well!

    Have had issues with this unit almost from day one. Many were fixed. One was not. Not the fastest unit i've had. Eratic performance. And please dont get me started about hp tech support. So poor i removed all traces of hp software.

    How disappointed I was to find that I had overlooked the design for injecting a CD into this computer. It's cumbersome and even frustrating for those of us who are comfortable with the easier, lay- in- flat design. This computer is actually more than what we really need and wish the sales representative at Best Buy had asked questions that would have guided us to purchase only what we needed. We received very little help and therefore ended up marginally satisfied.
