I've had other computers before, but pairing this one up with a kitten mousepad has changed my life! This thing is so fast, I can have tabs upon tabs open on my web-browser with a different funny cat video on each one. And after every video, I look down at my kitten mousepad laugh so hard I fall out of my chair!

I bought this for my Dad who is a senior citizen. It is uncomplicated and easy to set up. It is reasonably fast and has plenty of storage. Paired with the 23 inch monitor that I bought, it is a great set-up for him. One improvement I would make is in the keyboard and mouse which are included. They are entirely too small for someone who is a computer novice like my dad. He couldn't see the letters and command buttons on the keyboard. We ended up buying a better keyboard and mouse, and it made using the system a much more positive experience.

Replaced our computer that was 6 years old and extremely slow and outdated. This works much better, good speed, quick loading times. Windows 10 takes a little getting used to but so far seems ok. Couldn't resist the price.

Needed a new computer that could handle some teen gaming and didn't want to pay a fortune. This had decent specs and so far been very pleased. Streams fine and handles WOW for the kids great, they love it.

This computer did everything I expected it to do and at as much or more speed than I need. The cd/dvd burner could be easier to access and since so many things plug into usb ports it could have a couple more of those.

This is a very nice computer especially for the price. It had more ram and memory than others more expensive. It was also very easy to set up and get back online after having to replace my previous computer which crashed.

Bought computer to donate to the church, and we use it weekly for our presentations, videos and worship service songs. It does a super job for us.

I was looking for a really good deal and the best buy sales rep informed me of a special promotion on the open box computers and so I could resist jumping on the deal and got an extended warranty. It was a much needed investment. Windows 10 does have some new features to get used to and a bit of a learning curve for a beginner but for me it is pretty easy but still a few new things to learn as with all new computers.

Works just fine for a computer plus lots of storage capacity for music, videos and other collectible stuffs. Booting is very fast, and you can work right away within 20 seconds. The only reason I cannot rate this to a 5 star status is due to the unsatisfactory audio/sound you get through the headphone jack. The audio software that HP installed on this computer is not as good as the one in my HP laptop. I hope HP will correct this deficiency because most people value a best hearing experience coming from a headphone jack than from the speakers.

Not a computer genius, but this one works so much faster than my old computer. Hate the bloat ware. New windows version on system works better.

When I bought my computer my wife said she wanted one just like it. So now we each have the same computer. Coming with Windows 10, it is fast and powerful. Excellent choice!

One of the easiest and lightest systems I've install. I've had multiple home systems and this one has very few programmed apps, most on on other systems I never use.

This is a pretty good little computer. Easy to setup and it runs reasonably fast. The price was right and checkout was quick, simple, and painless.

Needed a new desktop computer already preloaded with Windows 10 and decent memory. I am quite familiar with HP making them my first go to for home desktop computers. As always, it takes time to get used to a new desktop. I am now completely onboard and quite satisfied with my purchase. Of course Best Buy provided the best price, to include a nice payment plan, and free protective software.

Easy to operate, tons of memory, definately worth the money!

A good basic computer with nice features. Good support and information available from HP. Easy to set up and install older programs. Loads Windows 10 quickly and functions well. Enough USB ports (6). No HDMI port.. Vertical DVD drive feels flimsy, but have had no problems with it. Good sound with B&O and speakers. Not a gamer. On/off switch located conveniently at top.
