Had to return first one due to defective CD tray and headphone jack. Received new machine and it's been flawless for seven months now, fast and quiet very happy.

seems good I HAVE HAD MEANY PROBLEMS WITH MY NEW COMPUTER HOWEVER THE TOWER DOES NOT SEEM TO BE THE ISSUE

Everything is good with this computer. We are still learning Windows 10 that it came with but no complaints about the machine. The only thing I noticed is it is noisy at times. Not the fan, I guess the hard drive. But the noise is not constant and no problem for me.

side load disc is stupid, takes two hands vs one if dropped from above, do not like vertical disc housing

this computer has enough speed and memory for what i need to do at a good price, it was in stock and easy to set up overall i'm very satisfied

Say I'm old fashion, but I had to purchase a new computer because I was in love with XP. Now with the new Windows Computers, Microsoft has full control and you pay for the right to use your own computer. My next one with not be a Windows computer. Plus, there is no hard drive light, but there is a on- off lighted button. I would rather have a hard drive light

The computer is okay but the keyboard malfunctioned after a few days. I took the keyboard back to the store with my receipt and the customer service was terrible. They said in order to get a new keyboard I would have to return my computer also even though it was working fine and I had spent several days downloading new material into it. They could care less about the terrific inconvenience it would be for me to start everything over in terms of setting up another new computer. The man said they couldn't give me a new keyboard because it would mean they would have to take one out of a box that contained a new computer and that was against store policy. I asked if they sold HP keyboards and they said yes. I asked if maybe they could just give me one of those as a replacement for the defective one and they said that too was against store policy. The same day I had purchased the computer I also purchased a zoom lens ($200) for a new Cannon camera ($500) which I had purchased at the same store a few months ago. In the last few months I have spent $1200 at this Best Buy store and this is the kind of customer service I get. I left the store that day with my original new defective HP keyboard in hand. I realize that key boards are not expensive but there was something about this that made my blood boil and I am naturally a very calm and low key person. It would have been so easy for them to make me happy. Needless to say I will never shop at Best Buy again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

Good choice for a basic computer. There are limited USB ports, so wireless connection for external devices is essential. I recommend for those with limited space. It's narrow and small. Not the Behemoth that I previously owned.

Keyboard and mouse could be a bit better with the addition of small props at the top of the keyboard.

For the price point it performs well. Feel it was a good purchase.

This HP CPU is a good solid working computer. It is an inexpensive computer with a good amount of memory. It has a very good AMD processor. I am very happy with this purchase.

If u have to change towers then this is a reasonable choice.

Had to call the Geek Squad by Dec. 6. (purchace was ll-20). They could not repair remotely.

I bought this PC to replace my old one that was too slow and riddled with problems. I wasn't looking for incredible specs, but mainly a good amount of RAM and an upgraded operating system. I haven't had any problems with this one. It's been holding up pretty well.

I love my computer. Very fast for the price and big memory as well! I did my research and was not able to find a better price for what I got.
