We called tech support and they tried and could not get it work right either. We finally paid a 3rd part several hundred to fix it. It was not the good deal it appeared.

Slow, Slow, Slow - Won't run programs from DVD

Mine won't be like that, well the jokes on me. The only reason I didn't give it one star is it does turn on quickly. My previous computer took forever. I'm very disappointed with this computer. I am going to take it to the Geek Squad and see if they can repair it or something. It is slow, takes forever to bring up anything on the internet. I love playing the card games and my favorite one no longer will open. There are many things gong on. I am unable to load a program from either CD, DVD or Flash drive. I could go on and on.
