Nice price and great monitor the desktop has good performance

Basic computer, does everything we need it to. NOTHING FANCY

Bought the product and installed on Feb. 2, 2016. After just 30 days of use, the Start Menu and Microsoft Edge do not work. Today I had Geek Squad work on it remotely and was told there was a corruption preventing it from working properly. I hope I can get it fixed eventually at no cost. Right now, I am not happy at all.

I purchased this computer because I wanted a basic desktop. It turned out my HP printer that was only 9 months old would not work with this computer. When we called HP tech support they wanted to charge me $150.00 to upgrade and make it work. Long story short I returned the computer to Best Buy and purchased a different brand. My printer works fine with the new computer. Therefore I am done with purchasing HP products!

Purchased this HP Pavilion with Windows 10 to replace my five-year old HP Pavilion P6000 Windows 7 that was getting slow. First, I was disappointed in the downgraded quality...made so cheaply compared to mine. The Geek Squad had to return it to factory settings because it did not recognize my password and immediately locked me out. It continued to have glitches in operation that made it difficult to use. When I decide to give up my computer, I will do my research and invest in something better.

My desktop has provided the performance expected and then some. Quick response and user friendly experience.

I went from an HP with a Vista OS to Windows 10. What a difference in speed and clarity. My computer actually does what I need it to do now. I have always had HP desktops and would recommend this Pavilion to others.

Excellent basic desktop. I use it primarily for photo editing and processing. easily connected to wifi and wireless keyboard and mouse. no issues at all thus far.

Son loves his desktop better then laptop would buy again

So many web sites are still not wide screen, so the print is really small. The keys on the keyboard take so much pressure that it creates a lot of misspellings. The mouse is very jerky even though Microsoft says it isn't. Also the are rather dim and should be a lot whiter.

Wife using it for general surfing, and some gaming (WoW). She hasn't had any issues with it. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO UPGRADING OF PART AND PIECES, except maybe the ram (have checked if they are standard dimms)

I like the speed when it's is working right. It locks up often. Have to turn power off and the back on to get to work again. Not sure if it's windows or HP based problem. I have done updates for both. No different.

very fast performance, and more than enough memory for basic computer needs (internet, music, ect.)

This PC is awesome! Bluetooth, fast processor, and tons of storage! I really like it and so will you!

PC is great but DVD burner could be better. The DVD burner is kinda of chintzy.

Very light weight and love that it connects wirelessly

It was an okay computer for a person not wanting to upgrade. It had no PCI slots open in the back to be able to upgrade. Plus it doesn't have an hdmi output slot.

This is a low cost computer for many reasons. Sure, it has Win 10 and DVI. It also has no ability to upgrade or add components. The Win 7 migration tool is gone so you have to manually transfer with a thumbdrive. The box is ok for the basics, but I would have rather paid $100 more and added secondary hard drive and video card add on ability.

Best desktop computer I had so far. Very fast. Light in weight

The computer is great, it just take getting use to.
