Purchased H Pav. over the holidays. I am SURE is defective, after calling the Geek Squad 4 times. In the middle of a document the message appears "MICROSOFT NOT RESPONDING" and gives me the choice of closing the program, etc. Your Geek, this 4th time, told me to take the pc to your store and leave it for a few days, to inspect it and find out what's wrong with it. It's UNACCEPTABLE! I deserve to replace this with another brand new PC. ! And windows 10 is worse than windows 8!! . Among the PC's I have purchased from you, there was one with a defective motherboard. Am I being hit twice? Your staff is excellent as well as your SERVICE but I deserve a brand new PC, free from defects.

This computer is outstanding. Everything you do is instant. I have been buying everything at Best Buy and brag to everyone about you until now. This computer went on sale for $50 off just a few weeks after I bought it. Several days ago I sent an email to them and asked if I could still get that savings and have not heard from them. You would think they would at least tell me "no".

A bestbuy employee helped me pick this computer out based on what I needed and what o could afford. He was right this computer does everything I needed and faster than expected.

My husband and I purchased this HP desktop computer after researching brands with similar functions. We felt that this would be the wisest choice for the options we were looking for and we trust the HP brand, we've used it before. Turns out it was an EXCELLENT VALUE! Highly recommend this desktop computer.

This is very similar to my older Pavilion, except for a better graphics card,enabling me to play Blood Bowl 2.

The computer is great. Windows Office,Outlook is terrible. It multiply s my incoming email as much as 4& 5 Times and no one seems to be able to fix it.

We needed to upgrade our home computer, this one was on sale for a good price. It was easy to hook up and is easy to use. We use it for paying bills, uploading music and photos, and streaming Netflix. It meets all of our basic needs.

I was forced to buy a new desktop pc when my old one (only three years old) was found dead after returning from a three week vacation. I brought it in to my local BB to see if it could be "fixed", but ended up having to buy a new one plus Geek Squad protection - over $690. later, I still can't "understand" a lot of the technology. Not their fault but built in obsolescence is maddening to seniors on a fixed income! They were helpful and patient with me during the process.

This computer is very easy to use. Like Windows 10. Like the speed.

I bought this for my parents to go online and do some light Microsoft office use. Its a bit slow to start and switch between programs and applications for my taste, but its okay for what my folks need it to do.

HAD TO REPLACE THE INITIAL UNIT BUT THE REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN WORKING FINE. THE FIRST ONE WOULD GO TO SLEEP AND YOU COULD NOT WAKE IT BACK UP.
