This is a perfect computer for the person who needs a computer to read emails and search the web.

Son needed a new computer, the one from Staples wouldn't play steam games. No problems with this one. AMD graphics much better than Intel.

The PC was easy to setup! I took it out of the box, attached the cables, plugged in the power and it all worked without issues. I was exceptionally pleased.

We replaced our old computer with this new one. The H P came highly recommended by a friend. We have not been disappointed in any way since our purchase. Windows 10 has been a very easy transition for us from the old Windows Vista. We have been very satisfied with this purchase.

Good gateway. It definitely replaces the Comcast gateway!! No more monthly fees and its faster! Only downfall is that it does not have phone capabilities!!!

With the 2 GHz quad core & 1TB hard drive, this machine is fast! The 1 TB hard drive gives plenty of space to store & run all my programs. And I love the 23" HD+ monitor! It's very clear & gives very sharp detail, which is a plus at my age. One heck of a Father's Day gift!

Computer works fine with good speed and windows10 is also fine

I had a Dell and I didn't like it because to me it was complicated this is simple to operate . I also liked the way it looked overall I made a good choice

Computer was easy to set up and is easy to use so far. I haven't done much with Windows 10 yet. I'm kind of avoiding it. I am happy with this purchase.

Had some difficulty setting it up on her own, but the Geeks were able to guide her over the phone in the process, very helpful to her.

Needed a new PC and this one works well for what I would call light duty. Strengths are it can do whatever you need it to to. Things I would say kept me from giving it a five stars is it can run slower at times. I noticed it takes a long time for my photos to load when I am editing and even just scrolling and searching through them. Another thing I found it doesn't handle well is when I have over 30 window tabs open on my browser. If you need a PC, this one functions, but can run some programs slower than what you get with more processing power.

I am having to send it in--something wrong with the hard drive--I am completely dis-satisfied with this product--I have had it for over a month--HP should be able to produce a better product--Last time I buy an HP product Ramona Bitta

New HP computer with windows 10 preinstalled has not worked properly from day one. I have spent 15 hours online, plus a 3 hour house call, t no avail. It just will not work properly.

This a good computer, at a good price. I would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive computer. It shipped fast, and I have no complaints!
