I ordered this desktop to replace an older model.It had excellent reviews and I have found them to be very accurate.

Overall, it's a good computer. Although it's not as fast as I expected and never put it in sleep mode otherwise its hard to restart

I love my new computer. I use it mostly for email and web surfing and occasionally typing up papers. It works great for everything I need. I just wish it was a little bit faster. I was expecting it to be lightning speed but it wasn't. I'm not sure if the processor is slow or what. But I am happy with it. I might look into making it faster later.

This computer will bring you up to speed. Whether surfing the web or streaming a live video. No problem as of yet just press and go. Unlike my laptop took forever to load up. Congested with junk files. Beware about downloading anti malware or viruses that come across as the very thing they warn you about.

Except for the complexities of windows 10, the desktop is an excellent desktop. Has been functioning as described in the reviews.

I've had this computer for about three months using it primarily for Word programs, internet browsing, email and listening to music on Spotify. Extremely easy to set up and performance is great for what I paid. It does take at least 30 seconds to load Windows when turned on... but what computer doesn't!?!

I really Like this PC, Powerful and very Fast. However, the Sound is not like they said. You must use Speakers to make work. The Box is not heavy at all. Easy to move and carry to other places, the WIFI work very well and is also powerful.

Nice value for the money, but the only downside i had issues with is the expandability forinternal hard drives, can't add more

I purchased this pc to replace a dell dimension I bought in 06. This hp is fast but only as fast as Windows 10 allows. I've had issues of the pc crashing while running MPC audio production program. I'm sure it's due to a compatibility problem with the audio interface I'm using since there hasn't been a driver upgrade in 2years. All in all a decent computer for everyday tasks and some light professional work.

Good printer for light office - color printing to standard copy paper is somewhat dull, but b/w is very good. Also good speed.

My wife's old Windows 7 computer was starting to lock up after a few minutes use. I thought I tracked it down to a faulty WiFi antenna, but the problem came back after a month or so. This computer is mostly a modern laptop's power using larger desktop components, which makes it light weight. It doesn't have a top of the line processor or a ton of RAM, but it gets the job done. If you need another desktop, for the home or office, it is a good "low end of middle" desktop, especially if it is on sale.

This is a good entry level PC for web browsing, email, pictures, etc. I would recommend it if your computing needs are small.

I have bought all computers from Best Buy in over 10 years. This time I also purchased Geek Squad support for one year. When I had my first problem, I called Geek Squad and after a while, I was told I needed to bring it in. I live in Canyon and am disabled, but I did so. After 3 days, I am called to pick it up and at the store was told nothing found wrong. Two days later Caesar from Geek squad calls to ask me if I HAD PICKED MY COMPUTER UP! He then tells me to bring it back so you can look over it again!

overall great buy, only use to surf the web. Very happy with it so far

So funny cause I read the reviews and it said it's a laptop in a tower.......well guess what.....it's a laptop in a tower. Haha the power cord gives it away. It doesn't have the 3 prong end like all other computers but the same power cord with 1 prong that plugs into the tower. It's OK if you really want a tower with a nice monitor like me but if you want something besides a laptop best off getting a different tower. Works great for me and it's a much better one since I had Windows Vista.

Our old Windows 7 computer crashed and we replaced it with this. I was a little leary about Windows 10 but this was a real easy transition. We did have to purchase a new quickbooks program as Quickbooks 2014 didn't run on windows 10, but otherwise it's a great improvement over the old computer.

Works great for the value paid. If you are looking for something reliable and won't be doing just gaming, this is perfect.

For the price it's not bad. Bought it for the wife for her small business. Works for what she uses it for. No probllems!!!
