Works fine for everything . Does what any good computer is supposed to do and it is perfect for newbies. If you plan to upgrade parts then this computer is not for you, as the processor is soldered on to the motherboard. Overall great computer if ur on a tight budget. I really like the computer has great memory very fast and was very simple to hook up and begin going right into the Internet and other things, Windows 10 is a nice operating system.

This desktop fit my needs perfectly. The price was great, the 8GB, 1T size was just right for me. It was easy to set up. I also purchased a 27" monitor. Both are a great change from 4 years of using only a laptop!

Although I was hoping for a better processor for the specs that is included for the price is what made me choose this desktop. I have had a good history with HP computer products and this computer maintains my perspective of the brand. I wish it came with come programs, but I guess you get what you pay for. It looks sleek and nice and is compact.

Great product for a great price. It is perfect for my husband's gaming and general computer use.

I love this Desktop! It is very fast and runs so quietly you can even tell it is on. I would definitely suggest this PC to anyone looking for a new PC. I use it everyday

After having this product for a year now I can honestly say it's a great computer. Still runs fast, already comes with Microsoft 10 running updates is extreamly easy and it still has a huge amount of memory. It has handled every bit of heavy software to such as Photoshop, Alice and 3ds max.

Prior Hard Drive was about 7-8 yrs old, running slow, loud this was a significant upgrade for the family at a very reasonable price!

Easy to use. Just like to play simple computer games and read emails. Quick processor .

I love the speed and ease of navigation. It has plenty of memory for my use. I especially like the Settings feature with the "Life at a glance" and "Play and explore" features.

I just needed a desktop to use for accessing the internet, downloading music and microsoft word/excell. My old computer used Windows Vista so I am still getting used to the features on Windows 10. I am having trouble getting the sound to work, but have a feeling that it is user error, not something wrong with the computer itself. I purchased the extended care plan so GeekSquad said if it is a problem with the computer it would be covered under the warranty.

My only frustration on this has been that there is no upgrade path from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro. So my complaint really isn't with the machine, it's with Microsoft. The machine is quiet, boots up quickly, and so far has been great. The sound is great, but be aware there are no onboard speakers. I found a nice set at Best Buy, so that wasn't an issue either.

This unit is excellent for the kids projects, fast and great memory.

I always bought HP computers never considered any other brand. This computer was on sale when I purchased it. My old HP computer still works it was 10 years old but they was not supported anymore on the internet. I still use them to play games on but they are not hooked up to the internet. I like my new computer. I have not had any problems with it an it works very well. but I miss a lot of the features on my old computer like CD player an burner. I think the older computers was built better this one seems cheaper materials.

The HP Pavilion is an excellent PC for home office and general use. It is fast, came with Windows 10 and was simple to open, setup, and begin using in around an hour.

I'm very impressed with the speed of this computer compared to my older HP. With the addition of Windows 10, I truly find each time I use my new computer to be very rewarding and refreshing. Highly recommend this computer to anyone. Well worth the money I paid for it.

easy to use and set up it was hard for me to change to windows 10

I purchased this PC for an employee doing graphic design work. It was a great value for the price. He has had no issues and it handled the full Adobe CC suite with no problems. I would purchase again.

We needed a tower to replace a Dell which crashed 2 days after the warranty expired. Saw this HP on sale. The BB rep said it would take care of our needs. Good price and a breeze to set up. Very Happy.

Not sure this is an HP problem or a windows 10 problem - the computer set up OK and programs installed properly. When I went to configure the printer, it seemed to go OK but then every time I tried to print I got "printer not connected" errors. I deleted the printer, reinstalled the printer and still the same. Tried the WIndows "fix" that didn't work but finally managed to find a solution deep in the bowels of the HP web site. Took 3 hours to finally resolve the problem and I'm pretty computer savvy. Printer was an HP, only about 10 months old so it shouldn't have been that difficult. I still don't know why this happened but it was a frustrating experience and the HP computer almost went back to the store...
