Great computer for everyday use

Windows 10 getting easier to use the more time I spend on it. Not a gamer, but does everything I want with ease. Quick, easy hookup/startup. Bought open box and am very happy with it so far.

The directions for setting up the system were great. Made the job of setting it up easy. I didn't have to call the Geeks Squad for help. Easy to use

OK except for one major flaw

All updates were performed without issue. However, after everything was setup the way I wanted, it appeared that the computer would not connect to my wifi network. After doing a little online research, I found this to be a common problem with this model. Disappointed, I returned it to the local Best Buy store.

pretty slow...has trouble loading pages
