Great computer for the home

Much more user friendly Didn't care for the cheap keyboard and mouse that came with it

She has had nothing but problems with it, and had to keep returning to her local Best Buy. She spent considerable additional money trying to get satisfactory resolution from Geek Squad, to little avail.
