Works Great...Easy set up..Do not have to use windows 10 platform...switches with press of a key to vista like platform...Love it

The service was great and the in store help was great. I bought a used desktop and Shawn I got it hop the computer wasn't whipped from the last user I had all there info and pictures websites history. Was kinda uncomfortable with that issue .

I purchased this for my sister. She loves it. She used it to play mine craft, so it's her gaming PC. It's fast and doesn't lag.

Fast start up in the am from being powered down...lightweight for moving compared to older tower...good ventilation for fans

I purchased this one to replace one that getting old. It is perfect for my needs. Everything was plug and play so the setup was a breeze. The CD tray seems a little flimsy, but is does work with no problems. Overall im very satisfied.

This PC was extremely easy to set up and use. Works great and additional software bought separately was easy to install.

The first unit I got did not have the operating programs installed.I had to take it to the nearest Best Buy store where after a Geek crew check out I was given a new unit.This new unit is working well and has very fast response.

I bought HP pavilion computer and after 3 weeks my problems started. I came to GeekSquad, they took it for repairs and returned after 2weeks saying that OS is corrupted. To fix it they wanted $150. I refused to pay that much on $350 purchase. I called HP, Customer Support were trying to fix it for 3 days over the phone and couldn't. They want me to ship the computer to them for repairs. I'll take another 2-3 weeks. I will not buy anything from Best Buy or HP as they don't stay behind the products they build and sell.

I have never owned any computer but HP. I bought this new one because 2 year old HP has too many downloads speed dropped dramatically. This new one is as slow as my old one and i made sure it was 8 ram for more speed. I may start buying custom for the money my ipad is faster.

I know just enough to be dangerous and managed to get this home, lock it within the first minutes of "installation" and had to take it back to the store to "unlock" it, which took 4 hrs. After surviving that, so far, doing ok.
