I have installed Windows 10. I had to change my security program to accomadate Windows 10. I have installed fMozzila Firefox and Thunderbird E Mail and they are working OK. I do not know how to change my MS password and there is no help to show me the way. Probably not the fauly of HP/ I have always had HP computers and do like them.

I love this HP pc. I am learning all the new things that Windows 10 has to offer. It is easy to navigate. The PC is small and fits under my desk with ease. It also comes with a keyboard.

I have always owned HP computers, so any time it seems when you purchase something new, there are always going to be a few issues. I really didn't want Windows 10, but that is what the computer came with. I had trouble with the computer not staying connected to the internet. I finally had to inactivate the ethernet cable and hook up to wireless. I think mainly it is just getting used to Windows 10.

Set up easy and was up and running. Has enough memory and disk space for my needs.

Good computer for moderate home use. Reasonable price for home use and streaming.

So far, so good. It's a lot lighter weight than my last HP was. It's also quieter than the old one was out of the box. We'll see how many years we can get out of this model.

The first computer had a hard drive failure on the 14th day of owning the pc. Windows 10 so far is easier to.use than 7.1 and the updates just keep coming. The mouse and keyboard could really use an update. Both are cheap and not finger friendly.

Bought this for my girlfriend, she just needs it to work online, word processor and basic use. It works perfectly for that. It won't be good for gaming or heavy duty use, but for normal every day use, it works very well. She is happy that her 5 year old system is gone. I recommend it for the price .

Has almost everything for a high school student add Microsoft Office, bam.

It is a big up grade to me. Previous computer was a Windows Vista, now I have Windows 10. Still learning, but so far it works fine. I have uploaded photos and a great feature is that I am able to label different days works rather than all getting the same when it is actually 5 different activities.

The computer is good, but getting used to Windows 10 is a nightmare. I really like Windows 7 better. There are things in Windows 10 that I wish I could delete but cannot. Some things are better, some are really good, then others, well, not so good. I guess it is what you are used to. Most of us are not computer geeks so it is taking time to learn the new system.

I was looking for increased speed and a larger hard drive and this met both my expectations without paying a higher price.

This computer is a great light duty machine. Beefed it up with more ram. My only complaint is the wireless network connectivity which is horrible. Solved it with a 15 dollar USB wireless dongle that connects 5g. Fast as lightening now.

This is a very good computer and it performs really well. The processor is fast and Windows 10 is a great operating system. Everything runs good with no problems and I would recommend this to other buyers.

Love the new PC! Came with Windows 10, which I am still learning. Also came with 6 months of Kasperskey Internet Security, which I did need help with getting going because the PC itself came with a month of McAfee, which I had to get removed before loading the other. Got great help from the Geek Squad. Only negative I can say is the new PC came with a wired keyboard & mouse but it was not a full size keyboard, one of those smaller ones. Could not use very effectively, very unergonomic for me. I called Best Buy to see if I could trade for full size keyboard, which they said I could not so I ended up having to buy another one. Went with a full size wireless that also came with wireless mouse

HP Desktop computer is great. Speed is fast and it's easy to use.

I am really enjoying the computer. I have been a Pavilion user for many years. However I'm not so sure about Windows 10. I have already had many more problem with it than I did with Window 8.1. In fact this is my second new computer in a very short time as Windows 10 totally failed in the first, therefore I was allowed to exchange for a new Pavilion.
