I would suggest better instruction packet with the computer including Windows 10 basic usage. It was very difficult to get started especially in producing a recovery file.

Needed a computer with lots of hard drive capacity and at a reasonable cost. After shopping around we finally ended at Best-Buy and ended up with a large capacity for less money than a competitor with less capacity.

This computer was given to me to replace a defective computer that I bought a few months ago. While it seems to be working well at times,, there are other times when it stops and starts again for no apparent reason. I do not understand why this happens and am so terribly tired of calling the Geek Squad (who by the way are very helpful) and crawling under the desk to unplug everything and lug it to Best Buy that I haven't done either with this computer. Being the eternal optimist, I just keep hoping that all will right itself. If not, I will find the strength to begin calling and making trips to Best Buy.

First "tower" was defective. Had to exchange. This second "tower" seems ok. Took too long for set up appointment after initial purchase ( two weeks)! Then very difficult to get another "Geek" to look at my system. He told me defective "tower." Exchange was easy. That was set up by "Geek" when he checked out system. Then took another week to have "Geek" redo system. He set up that appointment when he checked out first system. Also it took 3 phone calls to get a "Geek" to come to check out initial system. The first call I was "hung up" while on on hold. Ridiculous!! I am pleased with my system as of now.

I have an older HP pc that is still working although I had to replace the drive. This one is more powerful and fairly fast although I have to get used to Windows 10.

A great item at a reasonable price. Using this pc in a work environment and it chugs along just fine.

This computer has been great I was worried about buying a refurbished computer but I have no regrets.

Needed a second computer for the office and this fits the bill. Case is a little flimsy and the CD/DVD goes in sideways, but other than that it's a nice unit
