I was very dissapointed when I purchased this HP desktop. I had it two days and it already started to lag and would not run apps smoothly. I returned it right away and picked up a Lenovo desktop and it is eons better than this HP. Its hard to even call this a desktop; more like a glorified laptop. It doesn't even have a proper power supply and it will only let you upgrade RAM nothing else.

I needed a power cord (charger) for my Samsung laptop; the sales person misguided me by telling the cord was a universal cord and will work with any laptop. I bought it without checking (turned out it was suitable for Samsung). I am going to return it today.

This workstation did not have an overabundance of applications that do nothing for performance which I like but the processor was a little slower in actual performance than what was expected. The 8GB memory is definitely a plus with this processor.

I purchased this as a workstation at the company whose IT I manage. It is very responsive for what we use it for which is cloud based applicatons, email and web site use.

This computer is alright. You get what you pay for. It's pretty much just a laptop in a tower. It's perfect for the kids to do homework on. The only bad is it doesn't have a gigabit network controller so your internet is limited at 100mbps

Junk computer ! Have tried to have it worked on have brought it to the Store to be fixed ! bought geek squad support , Have had HP support work on it still don't work Right !! What do I do ? Nobody seems to care , I thought best buy would help !

This device has a laptop power chord and no HDMI outlets. The picture online clearly showed that it had both an HDMI and standard power chord and I was not happy when I found out both were absent. I returned and went with another model. Unless you are updating a very old machine or using as a storage device mainly...don't buy this machine. Spend a hundred or two more dollars and get something that you will be much happier with in the long run.
