Great when it works

The motherboard has been replaced twice, once because a video port failed and once because the cpu fan died. I only bought this a few months ago, and I am so thoroughly finished with HP that I'll never be buying anything from them again. To be fair, their tech support does their best, they are always polite and helpful, and try to fix the problems. The computer has just come back a couple of days ago from being repaired (cpu fan + motherboard), and it's having more video trouble again. I've so far been on the phone for almost an hour, most of which has been on hold. Waste of time.
