Disappointed in product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon purchasing this PC, got it home and set it up. PC was locked in an internal loop and would not boot. My background and knowledge of computers helped me thru the problem. Had to reinstall the original software to the hard drive to get the computer to function. Approx. a week after doing this, it happened again. Went thru the same process. Was so close to boxing it up and returning it to the store. Since the 2nd hard drive reinstall, it has been functioning properly. But.......no one should have to go thru all this after purchasing a brand new HP PC.

This is the 2nd HP computer I have owned and it was the worst. I loved the first one and it lasted a long time but I do not think this one will . I know the thin drawer will go sooner or later. Over all I would not buy this one again.

The only reason I purchased this item is because all my files were encrypted on my previous unit .What are the computer people doing to stop this from occurring ?
