Should have built one instead

Factory restore didn't solve the problem. HP tech support was a waste of time. Should have spent my money to build a good quality machine.

Stopped working after 4 months of use

I've tried two other monitors for troubleshooting purposes, but still not working. I'm extremely disappointed. I should have known something when the cashier didn't offer the extended warranty.

Good home computer

The speed is fast and it performs better than I expected. The only drawback I have is the keyboard is small like a laptop and I have large fingers which makes it a bit cumbersome. Other than that it is a great computer.

Great Desktop for the Money...

It starts up super fast and shuts down easily. No problems in between. I loaded it with the usual software (Office) and I'm up and running for the last week. I noticed right now that is is on sale for much cheaper than I purchased it for... so I took my receipt back to Best Buy and they matched it! Really good buy right now. The only issue I have with the tower is the power input. It is similar to a laptop, but I have unplugged it accidentally on two occasions. It hangs off the back near the desk and if I move the tower, the adapter catches on the desk and will unplug. Otherwise I would have given this 5 stars. Good buy!
