This computer works very well in our network. We use it as a work station for a small law office. It has plenty of power and memory for our office programs.

The machine was priced reasonably and works very well for basic household management needs. Have owned it for a few months and so far everything works well.

Computer is fast easy to set up and does everything I need. Bought a dell first and it broke the first time I used it so I got this and couldn't be happier

I originally had an HP Slimline to run a laser engraver for my business but the processing required for CorelDraw Files was too much. After having this new machine for a couple of weeks, it processes very quickly and has increased productivity for my staff so I highly recommend it for anyone that needs a bit of speed when processing large data files through a graphic design program.

I bought this for my no-tech spouse, and it has worked out well. The original unit failed, but the replacement has been very satisfactory, and easy to do at my local store

I buy a new desk top every two to three years because technology changes so quickly, it is actually more price-efficient to buy a new tower than to upgrade my old one. I just use carbonite to back up all my files (on a constant basis) and then access carbonite on the new computer, which downloads all of my files on the new one. The speed is good, Windows 10 is a little bit of a drag to get used to, but you will. All in all, a good match for me, at a very good price. I always stick with HP because of the high level of reliability and quality.

This is a great computer that is easy to use. Windows 10 is a change from Windows 7, but easy to grasp. The computer itself is fast and reliable.

I like the computer so far. It's plenty fast for me. It's way faster than I'm used to, especially at uploading data to my website. It works better with Firefox than Chrome. I don't know why, since I usually prefer Chrome for a browser. The mouse that came with it is not as good as the one I had before so I'm just using my old one. I also liked my old keyboard better but there's nowhere on this computer to plug in the old pin style keyboard so I'll just get used to typing on this. But, I had to replace my old XP desktop and this was a good, affordable solution. I'm glad I did it.

We chose the HP to replace our Dell desktop. Windows 10 is standard and the large monitor is a plus. It was easy to connect and we have experienced no problems with the system in the two weeks it has been up and running. .Price and memory were both factors in our choice.

Previous computers I have purchased came with basic software included, Word, outlook, excel. This one included none. My fault probably for not recogning that. I guess my previous computer stated what software programs were preloaded so it drew my attention. The ones I looked at now didn't list any preloaded programs- I should have known that meant there was none. I was surprised I had to purchase that separately. I had problems getting windows 10 to work with my outlook -didn't feel the built in guidance for configuration were all that "user friendly" My errors in trying to set things up resulted in me loosing a couple of years of email history I kept on my IP server and messed up my ability download new emails to all my devices.Due to the fact I get busness related emails on the computer the delay in getting it set up quickly and efficiently was costing me money. I ended up buying a service agreement through HP which fixed everything but that was another $200 I wasn't aware I would be spending. Trying to set up my HP Officejet 6700 to the new computer was a problem. On my old computer when ever I'd add hardware it was fairly straight forward. The computer recognized the new hardware, acquired the proper drivers and started working. Simple! I would have thought this new HP computer would be able to recognize a HP printer (3 years old) and be able to guide me through set up. I ended up calling HP again. Was able to get it set up rather quickly with their guidance. Good thing I bought the one year service plan so I didn't have to pay extra for the service. I just tried the printer again and found out it's not working with the computer again. I'll try again tomorrow to set it up again and call HP again if I can't figure it out. Granted I am just a computer user, not a technician. It would be nice the set up process was a little more user friendly.

I'm a novice to the new pc's but this one makes it easy to learn. I really like the slick clean look of the pc and the performance is much faster than my old HP. I like how HP has the maintenance software setup to assist with keeping the pc up to date; this makes it a lot easier for newbie's like me. I learn something new each day...

for the price this HP packs a pretty well equipped punch. Although it is not loaded up, for the price it is well equipped and more than serves my needs. The only thing I do not do is gaming, I use consoles for that, but I have some very high end bed printers and a lot of software and this thing runs great, no problems. Great buy!!

This computer is what I needed for my tasks. It does not have all the options of my previous computer, but I didn't always use the other features. This tower could have more USB drives on the front of the computer. I will need an adapter.

Overall I`m satisfied with the performance & value. BUT, some design problems: 1) HDMI & card reader connections should be closer to the top of the front of the PC where you can see & reach them more easily , especially when the PC is on the floor 2) the connections are difficult to see because they are the same color, w/ no contrast, with the surrounding material 3) the is no "mic" audio in connection for Skype on the front of the PC. I bought an extension cord to connect my headphones to the :mic" on the rear of the PC 4) The HDMI connections & audio connection cut off the sound to the speakers, which i don`t like 5) the "delete" key is on top of the keyboard which is inconvenient & not on the lower right side of the keyboard like my previous HP product. I`ve had 2 previous HP PCs and they performed well, so I chose that brand. Win 10 operating system has been easy & a pleasant experience after the negative response to recent Win operating systems. I like Win 10

I read many of the reviews before I picked this up and am happy to say I haven't had any problems with this computer as of yet. Some reviews stated that the computer would freeze and other things during setup, but I have a feeling it's probably user error and not the machine itself. If your not doing any crazy stuff on it and using it to do things like browsing the net, editing photos and such, then you'll be perfectly fine with this. The 1TB storage is great and more then enough for most.

I have been fairly happy with the purchase. I was hoping with 8GB of ram that it would be faster, but I did read that in the reviews. Same speed as my laptop that has only 2 GB's.

This much better than my old one, vista xp. This one is much faster and I am saving time. I had the Geek Squad install it did not want to make a mistake. It works great with my wireless printer also. The scanner works great and is very fast.
