Nice Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer to wipe clean to install Windows 10 Enterprise. It was a good price, it was in stock and had 8 GB RAM and 1 TB storage.

Ok but not the best
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a laptop in a desktop case. Mother board small, uses power module, not PS. DVD is cheap feeling and sounds cheap. No DVD or HD expansion. Two memory slots. The good, not much bloatware. Case could be half the size. Works well and W10 works good.

Having Flashbacks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to return the two I bought for my children for Christmas when I realized how inadequate this setup is for any sort of gaming. Sure, this PC might be good for basic functions, email, Facebook, word documents but that's about where it ends. Any sort of gaming will get you a hefty 3-10 fps on this PC. There is no HDMI port and the system is sloooooow considering the specs. I has flashbacks of being on DSL; the pages on IE and Chrome loaded like turtles out for a Sunday stroll. I went back here to re-read comments and noticed all the great reviews were either from Grandparents, people who bought this PC for Grandparents or people who replaced 8 year old Vista PCs. I really don't recommend this PC.

Horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife purchased this PC for Christmas, we will be taking it back for the 2nd time. First one gave us a message that "Windows could not finish installing." Best Buys replaced it no problem. On Sun. we went back to Best Buys to purchase an anti-virus, my wife installed the Microsoft Office that she purchased with the PC and then went to install the anti-virus and apparently the disc drive does not work in this one. Not sure I want to continue on with this particular brand I think it is time for a refund.

I have had nothing but trouble
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has the same external chunky power pack as a laptop and looks like a laptop with a DVD drive in a big desktop case. Maybe I got the lemon and others are OK? Have had many desktops in my 70+ years but none as unreliable as this puppy. Even the very early hardware served me better. I have been in there twice (from Green Cove Springs) with it and the Geek guys at the desk have been very nice but the problems do not manifest while I am in there. Part of the time the PC just will not talk to the monitor when booted. I take it down by holding in the start button and reboot, but no luck until I totally disconnect the power from the back and reattach, then boot. Today it again did a scan and repair on Drive C like it did yesterday. It goes out and reboots itself sometimes -- this could be WIndows 10 issues -- I don't know for sure.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the speed and set-up. My only complaint is the sideways CD player, a major pain to use.

Compact design. Decent for the money.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a decent little machine. I wish it had a few more USB ports, but is otherwise capable. Came pre-installed with Windows 10.

No, no, no! The worst I've ever purchased.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had nothing but problems with this computer since the beginning. Right out of the box, during set up, everything froze and the computer had to be recovered. A few days it seemed fine but then the constant internet problems started. It for whatever reason constantly drops connection, even with a wired connection. When this computer is turned off and we connect via our laptop everything functions perfectly. It freezes often, constantly has script errors, and just runs slow in general. There are certain websites I can't load at all. Horrible experience with an HP.

Horrible Computer. Doesn't Work Well At All.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok so i needed a computer for school (PowerPoint Word) So I look at a nice Windows 7 computer. I go to Best Buy to get it but they say that they dont carry Windows 7 computers any more so I was impatient and didnt get it on line. INSTEAD I get this computer (If you want to call it one) with an AMD chip. So I get home and hook it up. Works fine on the first day. The next day it gets the blue screen of death. I couldn't do anything so I just reset the whole thing losing everything. After that I download Microsoft Office. Ok it works. I play Minecraft with a friend sometimes but it is almost practically unusable. It runs at like 14fps. After a month Microsoft Office stops working which SUCKS. I need that very badly for school but the computer was like TROLOLOLOL. Ok after that sometimes a error will pop up and I cant delete it. I have to force shut off my computer. For some odd reason my computer lost wireless Wi-Fi. So now there is a cable along my room looking bad. After 30 min the internet goes horrible. DONT BUY IT. GET A WINDOWS 7

Regret Buying It
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am sorry I ever bought an HP computer. Two months in and the video card has failed. Beware the integrated nature of this computer! When one component fails, the whole thing is shot! Back everything up constantly if you buy this computer. One bad component and you will basically lose the whole computer! Seemed like a good deal at the time, but turns out it is not worth the money. I would seriously just buy another computer if I could afford to. Instead I will be forced to turn it in under warranty and lose all my data.
