You get what you pay for!! This computer never worked straight out of box. It blacks out, says pages can't be found, absolutely pointless. Before you think internet issue on my end, no! We have another desktop, 2 laptops, ipad and our phones all work perfectly fine. This thing is a dud and BestBuy will not help to fix problem. It's not even 30 days old and everyone says nothing can be done. Will never shop with BestBuy again.

I love my HP Pavilion Desktop PC I purchased it about a month ago. No problems at all. No complications. All my devices work with it.

We bought this particular computer because it had 8 Gb of RAM which we had installed in the previous computer.

I am disappointed that this machine didn't even last 4 months before breaking down. The video card is integrated into the motherboard so I'm not sure which one died, but 4 months is pretty pathetic. Sure, this is a lower end desktop but consumers should expect a modern machine to last a few years at least. Especially given the very light load we used it for.

This computer was incredibly slow. It kept freezing although I wasn't running any programs. It is very flimsy and cheaply made. I would not recommend this product.

Needed a new desk top tower for everything I do. This one is great no issues at all.

Bought this thing about 3 months ago and about a month in it crashed and I had to send it in. They replaced the Motherboard and the HDD. I got it back a week ago and it crashed again. Same symptoms and no one will replace it. Gotta send it in and wait again. Can't wait to go through that again.

Slightly disconnects from the internet, and as soon as u install a program it acts up and when you try to restart it takes forever to load again. Returning back!

I am happy that l chose this brand. Did a lot of research and am very happy with the efficiency of this computer. It Is exactly what l had been looking for.

Bought this last year and have regretted it ever since. Runs slow, shuts down several times a day, stalls, freezes. I hate this thing. I also bought a TV from HP years ago ( they only made them for a few years) It was also a piece of junk. I'll never buy anything from HP again.

There is no ->HDMI output as the photo represents.

Got home, excited to set up my new computer and when I turned it on I got a message "BootMgr Missing" Re-boxed and returning it tomorrow...

The computer works great as a base for my ITunes library and to run Quicken.

This was purchased to replace my 9 year old pavilion. It is a piece of slow running junk. Slower than molasses. So slow that it makes Forrest Gump appear like a brilliant auctioneer.

I started to have problems with the unit from setting it up. It kept shutting down. I felt it might still be updating the info. I finally contacted HP< and it took over 7 hrs of remote system repair to fix it. It still locks up, and I am going to contact HP again.

I tried to use it for light gaming but not a good idea. It was super slow. If you're just browsing the net then I would recommend something less expensive.

Hard drive died just under 3 weeks. Now I'm out 400 bucks cause it's over 14 days. Winning.

I have bought many HP computers and printers. This one is by far the worst. It is slow, it gets hung up and freezes constantly. I bought it about 3 months ago and it is garbage!
