I have no complaints about this computer except with the updates, it updates two - three times a week and things I have on, like my security camera get turned off, otherwise it is a good computer, plenty of memory

I almost gave the pc 3 stars because I don't like windows 10. Other than that it comes up quickly and plays youtube music videos well.

If all you need is a cheap Desktop for basic home computing task, this is it. With an AMD A8 processor, 1TB HD, 8GB RAM, with a price of $349.00 it was hard to beat. However, if you want a powerful mid tier device with upgrade potential that you can use for many yrs to come this isn't it. With a MINI ATX motherboard , a laptop powercord (no, there is no internal power supply), and a non-upgradeable processor, this is basically a "Laptop in a Desktop case". If you've ever opened up your old PC to clean it, upgrade the CPU, replace a hard drive, etc........... you know how crowded a Desktop case can be. This case is almost empty. But if basic, surfing, email, online banking, music, or bing watching your favorate show and an occassional online game is what you do, this fits the bill.

After research various desktop computers, I decided on this machine because it offered the right amount of power I needed for my office. This purchase was a "test" to determine if I would get additional units for each workstation in my office. I was satisfied with the unit and am ordering more. Speed is fine, look and styling is great, very quite (important in an office environment). Over all it is a nice computer for the price. I can outfit my entire office with new machines at a very reasonable price.

Nice computer, was disappointed I had to buy Microsoft word when in the past the basic software supported making "labels and documents". So , my "good bargain" came with a dark cloud overshadowing it. Still a good buy....

Just a basic computer. The only upgrade you can do is to add RAM. There is no light to indicate the hard drive is working. The CD drive is the same you get with a lap top. Not a gaming PC, but not a bad general use computer.

Didn't take long to set up. Using it for my receptionist to book appointments and simple searches. Runs well so far. Would not recommend for someone who's going to use this for something like video editing or gaming.

I am quite pleased with my computer. I missed that it didn't have a HDMI port, guess with the salesman said it did and sold me the cable, I assumed that it did. Other then getting used to Windows 10, it has been okay.

I like a computer for looking up stuff, facebooking, emailing, etc., creating and saving documents. This is good for that. I am happy with it so far. No complaints.

Excellent buy if you're looking for a desktop. Windows 10 + 1 TB hard drive and 8 GB of ram. Can't beat it.

I had the geek squad set up the windows 10 computer. That's the only way to go. It's well worth the price.

Plenty of storage space, is generally fast and efficient. I've only run into one problem with the OneCloud storage between my desktop and my tablet, but that's it.

Needed a new cheap computer with enough power to edit GoPro videos.

Bought this Desktop Hard Drive for my father in law. He is a very basic computer user that does a lot of work from home (drafting.) This has the RAM that he needs and the storage, but the physical panel itself is still basic enough that there are no frills or plugs for him to get confused with. He doesn't use the Bluetooth so I can't comment on that, but the otherwise, works as advertised.

Love the speed of new computer and Windows 10 is easy to navigate.
