    Purchased computer as my current one was quite old and I needed a wireless one and needed new update on Windows as mine was no longer supported. The manager of Geek Squad at Bechtle Avenue store was wonderful in seeing everything was transferred from my old computer to the new one and in showing me how to retrieve my information.
