The Geek Squad folks are the very best at Denton Best Buy. Any and all questions I had were answered and applied to my new product. I'm old school and old too, and they treated me so good.

So far, alright

It is plugged into the back, but I can't get it to work yet. Otherwise, everything thing else has been fine. My kids use this computer for homework, thus far without issue.

HP user for many years, no complaints.

Just a bit faster than previous computer at start-up, but not as fast as anticipated. Live in a rural area which might contribute to speed.

The Windows 10 has been a challenge to learn but I like that too. The purchase and setup of it I am very satisfied with. I am very glad that I decided to do this at Best buy.

Simple updated and works

Basic word processing, Internet surfing. Simple, everything worked. Used pcmover pro to transfer files from windows 7 to 10 and worked flawlessly.
