Had to move my mother, 80 years old, to windows 10. Basic word processing, Internet surfing. Simple, everything worked. Used pcmover pro to transfer files from windows 7 to 10 and worked flawlessly.

Purchased this as desktop station for some employees to share and I have had no complaints. I do remove any unwanted programs to save space and RAM and it works fine as a way to access the internet and run a few programs.

I have always been leery of trying a laptop as I didn't think I could get used to typing without a desktop keyboard but I am really enjoying this computer and having no problem tyoing or navigating it.

Pc works well for email and word type activities. Does not work well for gaming..lots of lag. But for business and low end pc needs will work fine.

We purchased 3 for our elementary school library. They're durable and have several ports for various activities.

This computer is in the top of all I've purchased and I've bought 4 so far this year. Super fast startup and excellent internet speed. Bottom line is I have come to TRUST Best Buy products and service.

I was upset to find how much software this computer comes loaded with. If you wish to install your own choices you are going to run into a lot of conflicting nonsense that you spend hours on trying to disable. It took a long time to set up and if you're not a total tech geek you'll be very frustrated. I miss the days when things were simple.

The computer functionality is very good. No issues with any of the hardware. The only improvement might be the on/off switch. Needs to be raised more almost flush with the front panel

this desktop is working for my needs. I have had no problems with it. It is somewhat large but I had enough space on my desk for it. I got an open box desktop computer and saved some money.

it's budget PC for basic tasks. only issues with this PC is that the HD is keep running even you are not doing anything.

I'm happy with this desktop. I did bump the RAM up to 16 GB. I just don't think 8 GB is enough for Windows 10 64 bit operation. Not doing hi res gaming or video so the on board graphic is OK by me.

I chose to stay with the HP brand desktop because I am replacing an HP that has lasted me 13 years with no problems. I also like that it came with an AMD processor instead of Intel.

Needed to purchase an upgraded computer for day to day use. Already had a monitor, so this PC was just what we needed. Cost less than a middle of the line phone. Worth it.

bought this computer for my son to use for homework and school assignments - so far works exactly as he and I need it to for him. I love having the wireless connection to wifi.

Needed inexpensive system same day, put a solid state drive in and it ran fine. Won't expect much out of it beyond word processing and internet usage.

This computer is nice, but a little slower than my old one. 8 gigs of ram is decent, but definitely needs another 8 gigs. great for the casual user.

The computer is awesome for the cost todo basic activities of searching the web, school work, ect. I would say it is slower than the higher cost computers but again the cost reflects that

I purchased this computer to replace an old "dinosaur" that was struck by lightning. The associate was very knowledgeable and I would buy from Best Buy again.

hard drive seems a little small given that back up devices have several more terabytes of storage than the computer. However I didn't see other computers that had larger drives.

This was purchased for a gift and the main use was social media, and viewing YouTube video's. It does a great job, fast startup overall the gift was well received.
