It is not meant to be a hefty PC capable of gaming or taxing applications like audio/video production. Upgrade options are limited due to the case design. If you're looking for a quick replacement or a cheap PC, this is it.

printer and driver problems

VERY HAPPY. until I had a problem scanning on the printer. After successfully scanning a document, I then found that I could no longer print. I downloaded an app that updated my drivers but the problem is not solved. I cannot print. still have bad drivers
