Poor performance

This is my 3rd experience of this nature with an HP system.

Could be better

Everything was fine till all the updates and the thing just never worked right after it. Kept on flashing a black screen on sites and would return to normal. Chatted with HP twice and even did a system reset and still had the same issue. Went back to the store and exchanged it for another model.
