Difficult to keep connected to the internet

cd does not work

At the time of purchase i was told to bring it in when i picked up computer they would be able to set it up. When i brought it in i was told by your representative that he only had limited experience with printers and was unable to fix the problem.

And the bad thing is Best Buy only gives you 15 days to return. That’s why I buy elsewhere now that has a decent amount of time to make sure the product works good. It’s such a hassle to get it fixed. They know that and would rather you just come buy a new one.

Had my computer guy look at it and he couldn't get it to boot up either. I liked the features of this computer, but returned it for a different model.

Very short life-span Desktop computer.

Because of travel, busy schedules, and projects, we were away from this product for a couple of months and didn't use it much. As a result it doesn't work at all anymore. The product only lasted for possibly four start ups and then refused to work anymore. Contacted the Geek squad and got a "oh well" type answer and that happens. Now its a paperweight waiting for the time I can replace the fan and other components to get it to start up and work again. Not a good product, would not recommend to others to buy.

Crashed 3x in 12 days

Used it less than 5 months before I found windows wouldn't load. Reinstalled windows. Broke 8 days later again. Reinstalled windows again. Broke again 4 days later. Had done all driver updates from hp. Finally got the critical process died message. Couldn't even erase my files to prevent technicians from stealing sensitive info. Horrible . In over 30 years never had a problem with computer crashes of different brands. I'm a teacher and need this for remote instruction. Hp is junk.
