Have not had any problems - easy set up. Only wish cd rom drive was included.

I needed a good computer for a decent price, so I checked for sales periodically in the open box dept. I was lucky to find this desktop for the price and it's loaded with Windows 11, which was the failure of my previous desktop.

Geek Squad did an excellent job, as always, transferring data from old pc to new. It was easy to plug in & get going, works great. Can't say enough about the wonderfully talented & brilliant associates employed by Best Buy. Love the store!!

Great budget PC... very low noise... fast response.... small form factor... only drawbacks are a very cheap optical drive, keyboard, and mouse.... I plan to buy a USB BDXL drive and my old keyboard and mouse plugged right in and were recognized by Win10 with no setup required.... I’m in business again... not bad fir the money...

Slick design, more power than needed for everyday use. 8GB memory, paired with the SSD makes this computer reliable, dependable, and very responsive. It was purchased for a Point of Sale system, and it works great!

Great desktop for what we use at work. Quick on internet and office. Loads quickly and is small so not in the way of knees or anything.

It was easy to set up and get started. Although it's a desktop it takes up far less space than my old computer. Price was very reasonable.

Got this for my son who is 7. Want him to start learning how to use a PC and this a perfect way to start. Plenty of speed and easy to use.

This HP Pavillion desktop is fast and reliable. The only downside is that it only has 256gb of space.

I use this as a server and for general browsing the internet. I decided to buy this model because of the SSD memory and lack of drive. My thinking is that no moving parts should increase reliability as the computer runs 24x7. I did not buy a monitor and instead use a HMDI connection to a large screen smart TV. I disliked the TV applications and internet access via browser was horrible. By using the PC I have all of my favorite sites book marked and can watch videos with the same quality. I also bought a wireless mouse and keyboard for convenience. The PC is connected via ethernet with Wi-Fi being turned off. The TV Wi-Fi is turned off too as it is no longer needed. I also have a VPN app that can be turned on as needed for private viewing (another reason to get rid of TV apps. The PC had some extra apps (games, etc.) I deleted. The boot up time is a lot faster than another computer recently bought with HD. CPU utilization is low considering it is running as a busy server. The UPS backup shows 14 w power consumption. I did add an optical drive and installed VLC media player since MS dropped support and charges for a their low rated media player. If extra storage is needed an USB drive can be connected but no need in my case. I believe extra memory can also be added. I really like the PC and the cost was very reasonable. I ordered via pickup at store and it was ready asap. Very friendly staff. I would buy another for sure.

Quick start up. Windows 10. Disappointed in programs that windows 10 doesn't support - card making software, photo programs,etc. Had microsoft office on prior computer and now need to purchase as I coudn't find my keycode. So disappointing. Maybe a laptop would have been better, had I known. Computer is very quiet - had to look at lights to see if running.

Needed to replace my old slimline. Very pleased with the ease of purchase, set up and functionality. As well as the price.

Easy to start up and get going. It looks good. This computer has sufficient storage and ease of access. It does what the salesman explained to me that it could do and then some. I am very pleased at the ease of using this new computer. I would highly recommend this to a friend.

This computer is a great size it's compact and will fit in small area. It's very fast and just works great.

It’s a nice pic for working but can not handle any type of games. Upgraded my cpu and graphics card in it and was able to play some basic games

Great simple PC. Solid state Hard drive makes everything really quick! I don't like that it DOES NOT come with DVD drive but I understand why. Also if you want a PC with DVD drive then spend more money. simple as that. Or buy an external DVD drive. (that's what I have and is why I had no problem buying this PC)

Great computer I love it. Easy to use and performs all function I need and more. This desktop is a winner.
