The HP Pavilion has worked perfectly. This computer was a replacement for brand new Dell that gave us nothing but problems from the outset. The HP starts up quickly, opens programs effortlessly, and gives us RAM needed for our projects.

    Great Computer But ...

Computer works fine (and fast!). The front USB3 port failed right after I loaded everything. HP online support was excellent. I shipped the computer to HP and it was repaired and back in four days! Great going HP! Negatives: There is only one USB3 port (excluding the type C which I'm not familiar with) on the front and it is all the way down at the floor (very inconvenient.) There are four USB ports on the rear. I've had to use all of them. The disk player is flimsy and feels like it could break at any time. But, I suppose they are all the same on most computers.
