Quick setup
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good for basic computing for Grandma: facebook, Skype (preinstalled), surfing the web, email, and storing digital pictures. It's the size of a 3 cup Tupperware container! Does not include Microsoft Office. You may need a USB hub if you have many peripherals that are not WiFi enabled. Not as fast as I was expecting, but being able to keep Windows 8 instead of the free "anytime" upgrade to Windows 10 was a plus for me.

Great Product for the Price

I am using it my the 60 inch HDTV and its unbelievably awesome. also it has enough ports for your day to day use and am sure you will never disappoint with this. Thanks to best buy for the real good price and lovely service as well. am thoroughly enjoying it and will recommence to all looking for a desktop with newest features and possibilities..

Too sluggish to be of any use

From the moment we took it out of the box, performance has been sluggish. The mouse skips and the keyboard lag is frustrating. Fresh batteries, using different USB ports, swapping out the keyboard and mouse for other wireless devices were all tried and nothing made it any better. A phone call to HP customer support was a complete waste of time. Last night the keyboard lag was 15-20 seconds per character. All I had open was Firefox. I waited too long to return it. It's a complete write-off.
