This is a very good laptop. Fast and able to be used for gaming.

Really liked the computer until I realized that the wireless adapter was bad, out of the box. Would display a web page, then stop. The HP network check would reset the adapter and it would work for one more web page. Got on the phone with HP and they ran me around in circles, trying to blame my internet provider. Finally got fed up and returned to Best Buy and found another HP in the store that was better for just a little more $. I am very happy with the new HP. Definitely not Best Buy's fault, and they treated me GREAT! Still love HP products above others, I just got a lemon. However, was not happy with HP customer service.

large screen and icons. easy to read and input. fast startup and internet connection. AFTER YEARS OF XP OPS LEARNING TO NAVIGATE 8.1 IS DIFFICULT!

Huge hard drive, fast speed. With the large screen you can use it as your main computer at a desk if you don't like clutter. Feature packed. Not so heavy you can't carry around and use as a laptop as well.

It was what I was looking for,easy to operate,has more than enough capacity,good design for operating in almost any situation.Just a good quality laptop.

this laptop has a great island style keyboard and separate numeric pad which was a must for me since im used to a desktop

I've had this computer for 7 months. It is a piece of junk. I liked it at first. I have no problem with Windows 8. But for the last month I've been fighting a jumpy screen. I don't know what else to call it. All of the sudden the screen starts jumping through sites that I've looked at and making the screen bigger and smaller. It is impossible to work on this computer for more than 5 minutes. I live in a remote area. There are no Best Buys here and no one to take the computer to for repair. My point is that I shouldn't need to in the first year. Won't buy HP again and won't buy from Best Buy again.
