    Purchased this for our front office. First time I plugged it in it froze ... they sent me a new one. It set up fine but is too slow for "me" - no additional usb, no card reader or DVD. For the money...not a good buy...and I've always been an HP person!

    First, I would like to say that I liked the size of the computer. It doesn't take up much space which is great since I didn't want another big size computer. Second, it runs quiet and it loads fast. The only issue that I have is that it didn't come with a HDMI cable. I had to run back to Best Buy to purchase the cable.

    I really wanted this computer to work. Unfortunately, in its first week, even with the Intel 5 and SSD it is taking 10 minutes or more to start up. The screen pops up to sign in right away, but then it goes dark for an extended period after signing in. When it finally comes on it works well - I guess I'll have to return it for another product.

    Purchased two of the 128SSD/1TB, I-5 models yesterday. Set one up at home & one at office. Easiest and Quickest set up I've ever experienced with a Windows Computer. I highly recommend this machine based on use so far. I do not use for gaming.

    I have had this computer for over 5 years. This computer has lasted longer than I would imagine. The only problem I have is that it doesn’t have enough USB ports. Overall, this computer is great.
