I just wanted a windows computer I could use at home. This one isn't free, but on sale, it was practically free. I like that it feels very sturdy. The battery life seems good and the size just makes it handy. I don't notice it being fast but I don't notice it being really slow either. I wanted the samsung galaxy go, which is comparably priced, but no touch screen, so I went with this. I have been perfectly pleased with it.

There's nothing about this computer I didn't like. I can use it like an iPad. It folds. I love the small size. Plenty of viewing area and lightweight. Easy to carry around..

It’s a great laptop computer it works great for what I use it for love the touchscreen feature setup was a breeze I would recommend this for students it was very affordable

I LOVE this new purchase! The size, weight and price met my needs. The set up and transfer of data from my old system to this was completed by Geek Squad . I am very pleased.

The keyboard had a dead zone, I attempted to bring it in a few time and was told I had to send direct to HP, walked it it under Total Tech which I also had, GeeK Squad said Total Tech does not cover issues with laptops. Called Total Tech - they said try again - it should cover. Took to independent company - informed me HP not responding and no keyboards replacements are available... potentially the last HP I'll purchase if this is the service I can expect.

I love my computer! The size is perfect for me! It’s a big tablet, small computer kinda feel lol. It does have a Microsoft store to download various apps. The coloration on the screen is great and I love the USB-C slot. So beneficial! I’m very satisfied!

For a entering level computer this is a nice purchase. I have used It for about two weeks and have had no problems.It’s size makes it very handy to take with you.

I got this on a black Friday event. This thing moves fast for the price I paid for it. Only complaint is the screen isn't very good for brightness. Battery life is insane.

Great small computer for doing the things that I want to do with word processing. I am not into gaming or videos so I cannot rate on those areas. Easy to use.

This laptop is exactly what I needed. Kids do their lessons with ease and I can browse the web easily. Haven’t had issues using circuit design either. It’s small so perfect on the road.

A nice and compact laptop that’s easy to travel with. Having a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard is recommended.

I am an Apple user, however I am truly impressed with the HP. It is well worth it. Very easy to use, well built, fast and very portable.
