I absolutely adore this computer for everything I needed it for. Mostly school but I do plan to eventually get photoshop on it as well. My wife has the same one and uses it for gaming. All of which works perfectly. It runs really fast. Takes a microsecond to log in and bring up your desktop. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars is because the volume is horrible considering the high technology of this laptop. I will have everything on full volume and I tell you, if my ears could squint to listen (like how you squint your eyes to see better) then they would.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter who is in Pre-K. This laptop was definitely worth the investment. Runs very fast and i would 100% recommend it!

Good laptop with light weight, work faster, and also does not make annoying fan noises like other laptops. what I did not like about this laptop is screen size and image quality. it is not comfortable to look at screen for a long time, especially when the screen is only 14 inch and picture quality is just HD. 14 inch screen laptop should be at least FULL HD to reduce stress for eyes. second the storage capacity which is small, even for educational use. I wish the laptop at least had FULL HD screen for this types of small screen. They should provide screen size, picture quality, and storage upgrade option for this model with extra upgrading charge. It is a good laptop but picture quality is the main reason not to like this laptop, especially for a small screen like this one. Picture quality is the main reason why I believe this laptop is a best option for light uses like checking email, paying bills etc. This laptop not the best option for people who has to to spend more time with screen to activities like reading, watching videos etc.

Great laptop...so much faster and lightweight! I'm glad I upgraded, it's perfect for my needs of editing photos and printing photo cards.

This is a fairly decent computer for everyday tasks. We bought it specifically for remote schooling for my daughter during covid restrictions. It does everything she needs it to. And in case you were wondering, yes, it’s compatible with HP Pen. We had to buy that separately on Amazon. We haven’t tried any gaming on it, but we bought it knowing the specs aren’t anywhere near minimum requirements for gaming. It’s only for web apps, Microsoft Teams, Zoom. And we downloaded Autodesk Sketchbook so she can use her HP Pen for digital art. So far we’re happy with it. As much as I like Microsoft Surface tablets, this HP 2-in-1 is a decent and capable budget-friendly alternative.

great speed and great all around for students. Highly recommend for college. Battery could be a bit better but its not terrible by any means

I probably didn't need the touchscreen, but it was on sale... so far I've only used it as a laptop, and its sooooo speedy!

Very smooth, runs really fast. Ive already downloaded 2 games on it and the fans aren’t loud at all. I bought it for personal use and school, and it helps me complete almost everything. The camera isn’t bad at all, not blurry at all for my zoom classes. The speakers are perfect, located near the top of the keyboard. The keys are quiet, but they do give clicky feedback for those who like that. The touchpad is smooth and solid. The screen is absolutely amazing, edge to edge screen. The 2 in 1 folds all the way for those who like viewing without the keyboard sticking out. Charges quick and smoothly, even while using it while plugged in. Quick feedback, very good laptop. Storage is almost halfway full after around 3 days of use, but thats okay. It has an SD port on the right side. Thanks Bestbuy!

If I could rate this laptop higher than 5 stars i would. I searched for weeks and weeks to find a good quality laptop for my 15 yr old son. The one and only complaint he had was that the cooling fans were a little loud. It got plenty of storage for his games, it's great for steaming, the camera quality is decent, it has a modern look and the price was reasonable. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I went in to BB not wanting to spend too much money. I usually only use my computer for emails, streaming and that’s about it. I went in and bought a HP which I liked but the one I got wasn’t working and with the pandemic they didn’t have anything available on the spot. I saw this and honestly it was more than what I wanted to spend but bought it. So so happy I did. It feels great to the touch, easy to set up, light to carry and looks impressive. I am very happy with the purchase.

This is the second HP Pavilion laptop 360 I have purchased. The first one is for work related and this second one is for my son for his virtual school. He has a laptop he uses for school but it was really slow. Now that I got him this one he is so happy he does not have any connection problems with his online classes. Very nice Laptop
