I need a computer to be able to stay updated with family and friends, current events, etc, the laptop is just enough to get me where I need to be. The price and size of the 2-in-1 are excellent.

I bought this for my mother. She sees patients in their home and having this light but powerful computer is really helpful. she really likes using the touch screen. overall a great computer.

Love this. I love the ease of use and the touch screen. It's fast and can handle multiple users with minimum lag time. Sound is good. Picture is great.

This laptop is everything I had been looking for. I purchased it mainly for every day browsing/personal use, as well as for my online college courses and it's done an amazing job at keeping up with the ridiculous amount of multi-tasking that I do. I had been very against all 2-in-1 laptops before I purchased this beauty. I didn't like the way they looked and didn't see the need or reasoning behind it. However, I can now say that my view on these laptops has completely changed. The 2-in-1 functions have made several tasks much easier and streamlined several things that I do on a daily basis. Great laptop for basic needs, but definitely not something anyone needing a large amount of space or something for business should consider as it more than likely would not be adequate.

This laptop was a Christmas gift for my Brother. I picked this one after comparing many similar ones and this was possibly the best choice. He did not need anything fancy, but I wanted to make sure he had a reliable laptop. He has been using it for about 4 months now and he has really enjoyed it. He simply needed a laptop for everyday use like surfing the web and email. This was a great choice for him and you can never go wrong with an HP. Not to mention, it was worth the price and I could not turn that down! I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

Total recommend this laptop if you are looking for a a laptop for school. It is super fast and light weight! I love that it is touch screen as well.

User-friendly for those familiar with PCs. High quality construction and the touch-screen on/off option is awesome for versatility/using it as a tablet. Great price!

This computer is working for me! It is fast and fairly easy to operate. The feature I like best is that the screen is a touchscreen like my iPad Pro! And it has the function of a computer too! So far, so good!

I bought this for my sister. I was impressed with the speed and build of this laptop, while being really affordable. We needed something under $500 and it fit the bill. No significant drawbacks.

A good price for a 2 in 1 kind of laptop. Very fast with the solid state hard drive. Only thing i suggest is take it out of “S” mode if you want to be able to download regular apps and programs..

Computer is sparse on memory but an add-on harddrive and DVD read/write drive (both inexpensive) makes this a great computer. I had the GEEKSQUAD help with the set-up--transfer of files from my old DELL laptop. They were very helpful...and fixed some bugs in the old computer in the process. Installing MS OFFICE was a bit of a trick and I should have let the GEEKS handle that. Very appreciative of the service/guidance in the purchase and set up of this purchase.

The 360 degree feature is a must have. Great for bedtime usage or anywhere around the house!! It easily goes from laptop to tablet and back like clock work.

When Covid happened we suddenly needed a laptop for school work...and everyone else! There wasn’t many choices, as many things were sold out. I’m used to Macs but just needed something in a pinch. It took me a while to figure out it’s features. But my 7 year old used it with flying colors to pass 1st grade from our home kitchen. And I was able to download some free educational games for my soon to be kindergartener to play which was nice. The mouse is hard for me to use, we mostly used it’s touch screen option. We don’t fold it much to use as a tablet I just worry about the keyboard getting ruined or it breaking with kids trying to flip it.

Sleek, easy to use laptop with a touch screen and finger sensor to turn on the laptop (an option I love). Works fast and has enough storage for my needs.

Great computer for the price...good for school work and too look up stuff... if you want too play games on it ,i would spend more money and get a better model cause at times it could run slow

The solid state drive give this laptop terrific speed. We were concerned with it’s small size (128GB) so count on cloud storage if your doc heavy.

I’m not a super tech-savvy person, but I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to quality of electronics in general. This laptop is super pretty and clean, and it’s touchscreen so you can flip the screen 360° and use it as a tablet! It’s great for everyday use, and it’s also good for art students if you work with software like Adobe Illustrator. Although, I’d recommend the larger screen version if you need it to draw. 9/10

I love it! The picture is awesome, it’s not too heavy, and it’s really responsive. Only reason why I gave it less than 5 stars is because the battery doesn’t last long while it’s being used.

My daughter got this for college and it is great! Just the right size and not too heavy. The fact that it has a touchscreen is great!
