i have not gotten many chances to use my new lap top, but when i have used it i loved it. It is fast and efficient and i love the touch screen.

This is super fancy, and fast. What a great price too... I am very pleased with its speed and looks. did I mention it has backlit keys... WOW

This HP Pavillion x360 2 in 1 laptop is great for college students and even easier to navigate if you already have an Microsoft Account. Having a Microsoft account makes the setup process easier, the laptop has a fingerprint sensor and is fast responding with no lagging. I love that the laptop comes with a cloth to wipe down the product to get rid of smudges. If you are a college student and you are not willing to spend over 800 on a laptop and you just want something fast and reliable for school or work, buy this product and you will love Amazon Alexa.

This a great Laptop. At the moment I am using this. I have used this for school and personal use and it great. I got it when it was on sale, but it was worth it. The backlit keyboard is a great help. Also what awesome is that HP, makes there laptops upgradable over time, which means I can upgrade the SSD when I want to or the RAM. I have my previously laptop but it was about 10 years old and it still works fine I just needed an upgrade. This laptop is awesome for watching Netflix, YouTube, listening to music, and Minecraft. 10/10 laptop

Never had an HP, before, the PRO’s are: this unit has a good operating system for the price, and a clean line design with a decent sound for the size of the speakers and a nice picture on the screen. The Cons are: Is a bit heavy, the camera is also a bit clumsy, on the quality, not a clear picture delivery, I do a lot of zoom conferences and this has to be plugged in order to make it, battery is a total disaster, it gets super hot and when not plugged it dies down in 2 hr

I have a macbook now, but lastedme two years, used it for school and gaming. Only got a new one because I dropped it and broke it.

Awesome computer, starts up fast and works fast. I do like the touch screen feature and I got it under 500.00 on sale so I’m very pleased.

This was the most inexpensive laptop I could find that had the features I needed. It's very compact and light weight. I would have preferred dark keys with white letters, but this is better than the lit keyboard that I had on my old laptop where I couldn't read the keys even when they were "on". This one you can. They actually light up. I wish it had the extra number keypad. The one negative is that the bottom seems to get very hot after awhile to the point that I feel I need to shut off power to give it a rest. I never had this problem on any other laptop.

This is a great laptop. Very Lightweight which is a plus. Easy to use & set up was fairly easy. Great price. So glad I purchased it.

I bought this laptop about a month ago. So far, it’s great. I love touch feature. The image quality is awesome. The battery could last longer.

We've bought a bunch of these for company employees. Not a single failure or problem of any kind yet through the first few months. I really like the keyboard on these. Performance is solid with Tigerlake CPU. Screen is pretty decent. At 1080p with 14" screen, using Windows scaling may be necessary for some users which can really degrade picture quality and cause UI issues with some applications. This is a problem with Windows scaling, and not the laptop itself. Overall, these are solid business machines.

Easy set up. Fast computer for what I'm looking for and what it is being used for. Just bought a pen the other day to do some drawing.

My new HP Lappy is very functional, portable compared to other bigger lappys, fast, no laggs at all! Gets all my office stuff done!
