Work just great easy to use and it’s very fast to navigate. Light weight too. I can’t say it enough

It's light weight and small size make it easy to use like a tablet. The screen is very crisp and the color is vibrant. I've noticed that it gets hot quickly so I shut down and let it cool off. I wish the battery lasted longer than two hours!

I did not think I would like going to a smaller laptop, but I have thoroughly enjoyed owning this computer. It is so versatile, so light, and the screen is easier on my eyes than my old laptop was. My sole issue is that it seems to take a long time to fully charge.

This is a really good laptop for a high school student. The touch screen sensitivity is accurate and useful. The speed is relatively fast even when running multiple programs. It's lightweight and looks very sleek. I ended buying 2 of them for another teen.

I love it! I have no complaints other than the battery life could be a bit better but overall a great laptop for the price point. It’s touch screen can be turned like a notebook and touch screen! Super cool design. Sleek and not too heavy but not too thin. Durable

Powerful laptop for such a small package. Works wonderful for personal use as well as college. Love that also works as a touchscreen. My youngest daughter enjoys playing online games. I would recommend this PC to anyone looking for entry level or intermediate.

Great laptop! Love the fingerprint reader, touchscreen, super clear picture, and 2 in 1 capability! Easy to use and runs fast. Also starts charged for a pretty long period of time. 10 out of 10!

Really good computer! I've been using a Dell that I purchased in 2008 for my small business. It was starting to run slow and give me troubles. This is the perfect computer for me. It is portable enough to take to meet clients, but also a great size for my desk while hooked up to my Acer monitor. The touch screen is very sensitive and works well. I was bummed to see this didn't come with the stylus like many other version of this laptop do, but that's okay. The only true negative I feel is the battery life. But since I almost always have a C charger and battery pack with me, it isn't a huge deal. I was lucky enough to catch it on sale for $300 off the regular price. So, it is more than worth the price to me.

Battery life is much to be desired. Out side of that min hiccup, this laptop is pretty spot on for school work and basic functionality for office work. Light, thin, and easily portable to all your locations. Highly recommended!

I LOVE my laptop. It’s perfect for my online classes. I’m not sure what criteria people look for but the screen is the perfect size and the clarity is great as well. I’m not having issues with its battery life, although I don’t naively overcharge it either. I opted for more storage because I am one to keep copies of EVERYTHING. And I love how compatible it is with all apps for personal entertainment, yet easy to use for educational purposes. My favorite feature is simply that it’s interchangeable from touch screen to keyboard. I definitely recommend for potential students and gamers.

I've been using this laptop for over two years now, and I love it. It's lightweight, efficient, and easy to handle. The only downside is the fingerprint sensor, which doesn’t work well. Other than that, it's great. After two years of use, the battery lasts only ~2 hours on a full charge. Good pick for this price range.

It has been 6months using it. So far so good. Pros: Lightweight Touchscreen works great. No finger prints Processor speed is good Tab mode is great Con: Sound is a bit low. Not loud enough.

I bought for school and IT job. it has exceeded my exception. It's very fast and sleek. i love that it's foldable and touchscreen.

So far so good. Picture is clear. The reason for 4 stars is the fan runs alot and tis loud. The bottom feels hotter than I think it should.

i got this laptop from an excellent open box. very sleek design for a pavilion model. 12th gen processor is great plus 512gb storage. 8gb ram is acceptable. however, after 24 hours of light use, the laptop overheats. it reaches around 120F just surfing and watching youtube. I tried light games, the temp spikes to 180F and you can feel the case is warming up. the Bios is up to date and the case is pretty clean.
