I really like this laptop. It takes a little getting used to the touch screen after having several that didn't have that feature. I wish the battery life was a little longer. Overall, I think this is a great little 14" computer. It has a decent size hard drive and RAM in it. I would recommend this.

This HP laptop is easy to use and fast. The touch screen is very convenient and the 14 inch screen is just right. I expected the battery to last longer before requiring a charge, but this laptop meets my needs overall.

bought this laptop for general personal no-game use. It is very good solid performance. Finger print reader is also good, much better than previous version. The only thing not that good is the battery. I need to figure out a way to reduce battery usage. Also one time when I plug in power to charge, the laptop becomes super hot. Other than battery, super good pc and super good deal.

After several months of use I can give this Laptop an A plus! It is easy to use, just the right size, never gave me a single problem, has great battery life, can do more than most in this range, and the touch screen is very sensitive and works perfectly. To say the least, I love it!!

Genuinely a really good laptop for the price I got it at. This is my first laptop and it's very easy to maneuver. I've used minecraft, spotify, and stuff for school and hasn't gotten slow. Also it looks way better with stickers : Really love this laptop :)

Bought for my daughter to use at college. This laptop is nice size and weight. Spews is good, drive is decent size. Touch screen is convenient. Good value and works well for our situation.

This laptop is amaaazing, it has great graphics, speed, size, 360° angle, I was looking for laptop for college and so glad I find this, and at a great price, never would have thought a HP could be this great of a buy!! And of course best prices at Best buy

With anti virus instaled 8gb is not enough for windows11. Battery life on websurfing and youtube not comming more yhan 3 .5hrs. Else 5 stars to this laptop

I bought this laptop for my mother and brother and it has truly helped them with everything they do and what they’re working on! It’s beginner friendly, it’s a touch screen laptop and just works very well!

I purchased this Hp laptop during a promotional offer and found it to be such a great buy. It’s lightweight, versatile and it’s sleek design resembles an Apple Mac book. The only downside is the battery doesn’t have longevity.

Value for money, Good storage, touch works perfect it has been a year i am using the laptop and genuinely this is one of the best laptops i have used.

Great Laptop for the price. Really like the HP Support options and the carepack that is offered. Laptop is light weight and touchscreen is fluid with 360 conversion which is a huge plus

Works & looks great as advertised. Battery lasts a long time between charging. Touchscreen is a plus. Laptop is fast for what I need (medium to heavy workload)

I really enjoyed this laptop the screen pixels were really nice quality, very lightweight and nice amount of memory space. The deal breaker for me was the start up of the laptop and battery life. Once the start up is done loading the speed of internet page loading handled pretty good, The battery life after 30 min of usage I did notice the battery level dropped about 15% and be it this was on my 2nd day of owning the laptop. Dont get me wrong the laptop is not bad, but just not for me.

Its a really good laptop small and nimble. Is pretty fast as well but it could have a bigger battery or some software that would help ot keep charge for longer periods of time. Lets say you pluged it in before bed and when you're going to bed it's 100% charge in the morning it will be around 84 to 88 percent. That is why i don't want to give it 5 stars. But when in use i was able to get about 3.5 hrs of movie time of Netflix for example. And i started like at 70 something percent. So it is pretty decent

I loved this computer but the battery ran really hot, didnt last long and it ended up being recycled. The sound jsut stoped playing for both external and headphones. Thats no good when using for meetings and videos. This is a shame because the keyoard was laid out perfectly and i did replace with another HP touchscreen. Have had several now. the 14" is jsut right.

Solid computer, good screen, like the keyboard layout and responsiveness. Runs a little hot at times but perfect for what I needed it for. (Basic word processing, PowerPoint, etc). At right price a solid buy

I regret ever purchasing this laptop and wish I could return it, but it is too late. I'll have to just toss it in the trash and buy a better quality computer. This thing is junk. What a waste of money. Note that I have had it for about a month and a half. Right away I noticed a few things: (1) The battery life is AWFUL - less than 2 hours. I have to have this plugged in every time that I am using it. (2) The computer gets very very hot. I was worried that it would start a fire. (3) The laptop gets dirty very easily. (4) The materials are cheap. (5) It was already having some issues with pages loading and glitching after a few days of use. Now, about 1.5 months later, this computer looks and feels like I have had it for five years! It is SO slow. Freezes up constantly. I can hardly use it. I do use this laptop often (daily), but have never had a computer fall apart this quickly. This is my first, and last, time purchasing an HP laptop. Never again.

It's lightweight and loved the touch screen feature of this laptop. The price is very reasonable. I have been using it every day since I got it.
